Funny enough that thought crossed my mind as well. The only thing that makes me think not is i doubt that Rapid would like getting fucked about like that.

When are Dundee United (September 18th) tickets likely to go on general sale?
pete replied to a topic in Rangers Chat
We do that every day. Sorry I couldn't resist that. -
Nothing about this on the official site yet.
-
The club seems to apply for it and a panel only comes in if needed so it would seem.
-
I don't know either but i would imagine that it is still immigration who would issue it.
-
Use your Police pass to get you in.
-
If it is anything like Holland then you need to apply to immigration. I would imagine it is the same as here and as i had to apply for a passport in Glasgow. You go into a cubicle and fill in forms. Not sure but i would imagine that it is the same for a work permit.

Can we roll them into one. Personally i think both have been good at times and both have been rotten at times. Boyd scores easier and Miller moves better. Even although I was anti-Boyd a in the past even I can't argue against his goal tally. Boyd has gone. He left of his own free will so it is time to move on. I would prefer Miller to lead the line now as it would look stupid our striker wearing a Middlesbrough strip.

It was just the fact that they could have taken no action as the police had taken action, and it was not really a football issue. They were also really punishing him twice. It could have killed of their title hopes but still they decided that a punishment was more important than turning a blind eye even if the cost was going to be high.

sebo! Sebo!

Alexander has certainly filled in well in the past so I see no reason that he would not do it again. The idea of not punishing anyone because you may hurt their feelings is a very strange line of thought in my eyes. FC Twente banned their play-maker and possibly most important player for 2 or 3 months(can't remember exactly) during their season, when they were top of the league between November to the end of January. He was in a car crash and done for drunk driving.
-
That is correct Gav. If McGregor was booked for the incident then the SFA can take no further action. The referee felt that yellow was a suitable punishment at the time and the SFA cannot override that.
-
Twente were champions the last season that is why they are in the CL directly. I think you should underestimate them at your pearl. They have a very good team. They press high up the pitch so as they have most of the ball possession. In the Dutch super-cup they played Ajax off the park beating them just 1-0 but in play it was very one-sided. The only thing that might weaken Twente is that some of their best players are being reported to be leaving for other clubs which may weaken them. The one good thing about us getting Twente is that i would be there as I have been promised a ticket from a couple of sources.:robbo:

Over the last few weeks it won't have passed many that I have been having discussions on the Bill Struth morals and the Rangers way. If we have the Rangers way or if we are to follow morals the way Bill Struth is perceived to have run the club, then today threw up a situation where these morals should be upheld. When Walter Smith names his team for the game against St Johnstone next weekend then the first name on the team sheet should be Neil Alexander. The circus act that Alan McGregor acted out today should see him relegated to the stand for the next few games. If there is a Bill Struth model or the Rangers way, then Walter Smith can give the players a message that the Rangers way does not tolerate such actions. The SFA won't be taking action i read in another thread. Walter Smith should. That should be the Rangers way that makes us proud to be a Rangers supporter.

Dutch Papers are saying Rangers are keen to keep him. Can't see anything on the Rangers site to say he has been released. Have i missed something or is he still a possible.
-
Lenny was desperate to see him off to get the transfer money and also get rid of one of his biggest earners. So it's a double Whamy there then. I do admit though i don't like gloating on injured players i would prefer just to beat them with their strongest team.

Edited to enter Climbed the marble Stairs Gribz.

Anyone know anything about this? I haven't seen or read anything about him. I done a search on the main Rangers sight and came up with nothing.
