I don't vote at elections even although i can, but if i did it would be for an independent Scotland so i would prefer to see a Scottish team at the olympics. The reason i don't vote is i don't see, why i can decide what happens in Britain as i abide abroad. I don't have a vote in a Dutch election as i remain British,so i just don't vote. -
Wouldn't get out my bed for that!

Quit PSV tonight to join Valencia. Jan Wouters takes over as caretaker manager. Two top Dutch clubs (Ajax,PSV)without first choice managers, that must be a first. Surely Jol will fit in somewhere.

Well it won't be in this years CIS cup.

If he was handsome then it couldn't possibly have been Gav.

If i was a neutral football fan having to plan a game a month ago, i would have went for Celtic and Hearts. No one would have guessed that Rangers v Motherwell will probably turn out to be the better game. Rangers were on more than Celtic last year until we got knocked out. Lets not start about conspiracies, leave that to the tims.

Andy Johnson going to the hammers in a swap deal for Anton Ferdinand. Didier Drogba and defender Alex(Chelsea) to AC Milan. Gilberto Silva(Arsenal) to Valencia or Juventus. Shaun Wright-Phillips(Chelsea) to West Ham or Spurs. Rafael Van Der Vaart(Hamburg) to Chelsea

Remember we were linked to him in the summer, well he has played 75 minutes of football for St Etienne this season and his manager says he would be better dropping down a division. Thank god he didn't come and we got Carlos Cueller.

Hopefully Hemdani will come out and give us his view in a few years as i think he will see it from all sides.

Why should humour get deleted? Although maybe the word disaster could have been avoided.

Oct 30 2007 By Keith Jackson Exclusive BRAHIM HEMDANI has moved to quash claims he is determined to quit Rangers. The ex-Marseille captain spoke exclusively to Record Sport to counter claims he is on the verge of agreeing a January switch to English Premier League outfit Reading. Reports have surfaced in France suggesting Hemdani may have already been granted permission to begin signing talks with Stevie Coppell ahead of the opening of the transfer window. But the player himself is adamant no such agreement is in place - and insists he has no plans to push for a move when the market opens up. When asked about the latest reports linking him with a move to the Madjeski Stadium Hemdani said: "Who? Reading? No. There is no change with my situation. "I have no problems at all and I'm not looking to go back to France or anywhere else. I am happy with the club and I am happy to play here. "That's why it's strange there are noises about Reading. I don't know where this has come from. It has not come from me or my agents." An unhappy Hemdani met manager Walter Smith in August demanding to be released from his contract after being frozen out of Smith's SPL plans. But the 29-year-old Euro specialist recently battled his way back into Smith's domestic starting 11 before being sidelined with a groin injury. But Hemdani expects to be back in action in time for Rangers' SPL clash with Inverness at Ibrox - and is hoping to reclaim his midfield anchor role for next week's Champions League blockbuster in Barcelona. Hemdani, who has 18 months left on his contract, said: "I just have to be patient and work hard to get my place in the team. I hope to be ready to play again this weekend and should be fit for the game in Barcelona." I would hate us to lose this guy as he is one of the few class players we have. I do think that unless smith starts to play him he will leave in January though.

Oct 30 2007 By Gordon Parks Exclusive BARCELONA could be ready to hand Hamilton superkid James McCarthy a dream move to Spain. The 16-year-old - scorer of a wonder goal in the First Division leaders' 1-0 weekend victory over Morton - has been watched several times this season by the Primera Liga giants. Accies' youngster is also being tracked by another top Spanish side, Deportivo La Coruna. McCarthy, who trained with Liverpool, Celtic and Reading last season, has scored four goals from midfield this season. Liverpool have already had a cash offer for him rejected. Hamilton secretary Scott Struthers said: "Barcelona and Deportivo have both faxed us in the past to tell us they will be taking a look at the player and we've turned down one bid from Liverpool. "At most games we get around four scouts from various clubs but last week we had about 20. All the big names were represented. "James is scheduled to make his 40th appearance for us against Dundee United at Tannadice in the CIS Cup this week and that tells its own story about the progress of a 16-year-old." I wonder why our name is not mentioned on that list of clubs watching him.

Agree with Serbian on this one Wija you got this wrong, Most of these countries are not Catholic but orthodoxe and broke away from the catholic church probably before the protestants did. Poland is indeed a catholic land but you cannot put Russia, Serbia, Greece etc in the same boat.

I never saw or heard the game today so i can't comment on it but in the games i have seen him (Faye) he looks very slow. Personally i hope we go for a player who can dominate a game in January and that would make Faye exscess baggage if he isn't that already.

Agree with you there, not going for Brown was a big mistake although i must admit at that time i also said 4 mill was too much. The fact is he is the type of player we are crying out for and 4 mill seems to be as cheap as chips for him at this moment. It is easy to speak after the fact and it is all water under the bridge as even if the tims would sell him to us we couldn't afford him now anyway.

Jon i write these things hoping that the Gersnet posters think it is funny, what happens after that doesn't bother me. We post things that originate on other sites so they have the right to post our posts.

The fact that the Ajax job is still free could have made it easier for Jol. Ajax said they won't name a manager this season but that was before Jol was free.

Definitely Sunday mate.

Personally i don't think Boruc is a wanker. I think even his dick would slip out his fingers. Personally i think everyone has a bit of verbal racism in them whether it be against poles muslims, darkies prods or mopes etc.All these people have the same feelings as we do Nearly everyone i know including myself whisper in the night but deny it on the big stage. I find no harm in that it is when it goes a step further and becomes abuse bullying aggression that the problems begin. Yanks make jokes about poles. The Poles will make jokes about another nation. The Dutch make jokes about the Belgians and vice versa. Other creeds are as racist against us as we are against them and as long as stays on the first level then there is no problem. Unfortunately there are instances as in Croatia and Serbia where people who had lived together for years suddenly start killing each other that is the flip side of the coin
