Who wouldn't fancy the pub!!!
Although during the WC in Japan/Sth Korea a cinema in Leicster Sq did a deal with BT Broadcast Services to use HD pictures beamed back (This was in 2002 and HD was in infancy) It was surreal watching games on such a big screen with decent dolby sound. You could also take drink in, the only downside to that was it was 8.30 in the morning, but was a good experience.
Gonna have some real minnows in the Conference league if teams finishing outside the CL and Europa places are expanded to 36. This year we had Tottenham and Leicester
It happens at every club at every level. It is just part of the game for supporters, as is, having a hero, moaning at refs/VAR (next season) and criticising selections/subs.
The aim of the game is to score when a chance occurs. Just look at Chelsea at Utd in midweek, golden chances spurned and had to share the points in a one sided game. Gers will get other chances this half, it is up to someone to keep cool and finish. Easier said than done i know, but definitley doable against this mob.
Was that Eamon Bannon? I seem to remember him joining around then. Chelsea had a few Scottish players down the years, Britton, Hay, McCreadie, Nevin, Durie, Spencer, Johnstone (my profile pic) and nutter Rougvie, but the best of all was Charlie Cooke, wing wizard.
What year was that Cammy as my dad saw Chpper Harris last game for Chelsea on 1979 ( i think Chelsea beat Oldham 3-2 Div2) so presumebly it was before Chelsea got promoted in 76/77 with Eddie McCreadies young team, plus an aginf Harris - the last of the 1971 double Cup winning team ?

If you go to the games, get ready for the end of spontaneous goal celebrations and welcome to the nervous wait, often for several minutes while you find out what is going on. Fans at home get more info, but those at the game only see an electronic sign denoting the dreaded VAR CHECK!!
Yes i use Arsenal when i want to wind gooners up and even the Tube station Gillespie Road was renamed Arsenal. Yes Arsenal and Port Vale only in England i think.
