Thanks for posting this Barry. Oh to have more players in the team who know what it is to play for Rangers. Like his comments on Boyd. Of our forwards Boyd's overall play is possibly the worst. But Lafferty, Novo and Miller are only a touch better. Yet Boyd shits all over the rest of them in terms of goalscoring. Do the other players' greater all round attributes make up their shortfall in goalscoring threat? Not for this bear.

Apparently we're just too chuck it when it's going bad as the current crop aren't up to Rangers standards. Supporting the team through thick and thin is seen as defeatist by too many. It is downright disgusting when the players appear to have chucked it, but can you have any right for complaint when as a fan you do the same? We all know there's no loyalty from players in the modern era, but it's a sad day from the game when there is also no loyalty from the core fans.

I wouldn't. Psychology is just as big a part of the modern athlete as physiology, nutrition, skill, tactical awareness. Clement was a shite bag and his performances were overstated. Fairly average player with questionable mental state. Weak, weak individual.

Whether or not it is value though is entirely subjective. Whether or not you think the bet has a decent chance of happening? Personally I dont and although us winning this weekend wont completely rubbish the idea it is a value bet, I think in hindsight it will prove support my view.

That's one way of looking at it. If you can afford to lose money regularly then go looking for "value bets". Sure you'll win one in a while, maybe even Hibs this weekend, but it wont make up for all your losses chasing daft bets.
