  1. Well said Craig. There have been occasions when Ryan Kent had a poor game. Yesterday definitely wasn't one of them. I'd also suggest since Beale came back, Kent has been our most consistently productive forward.
  2. Kilmarnock 0 Rangers 2 FGS - Arfield
  3. Frankly it has to be Ryan Jack, who showed more leadership than our captain did all game. In a fragmented game on a dreadful pitch, Jack was pretty much everywhere, protecting our defence, linking play through midfield and in the Aberdeen penalty box. Mentions in despatches for Kent and Goldson for solid performances and for brief contributions for Sakala, Tillman and Wright. Also, a timely reminder what we've missed from Kemar Roofe.
  4. Kent played well yesterday. Any opinion to the contrary is absurd.
  5. I thought it was a good game. Not a classic and not always comfortable but a well-contested semi-final. Games like this, especially semi-finals are seldom easy affairs and I think we did well to win it. I think as a priority we need changes at fullback, on both sides of the pitch. I'm all for using fullbacks to attack but if they can't defend as a bare minimum then they will always cost us. Barisic has always blown hot and cold but his defensive instincts are virtually non-existent. Tavernier just looks finished and there were times when he looked truly awful today ... something unfathomable when you consider the heights he was reaching on the way to Seville.
  6. Rangers 3 Aberdeen 0 FGS - Jack
  7. Have you seen the price of back street slop shops these days?😂
  8. It's a brilliant move for Ronaldo, who has an opportunity to make a big contribution to Saudi domestic football. I hope it works out for him.
  9. I think Mackay would be a good choice of manager for Lowry if a loan is being planned. edit - and it's a grass pitch in Dingwall.
  10. I can't get so excited about a player who hasn't even signed for Rangers, has never played for Rangers and none of us really know much about anyway. These exchanges on Cantwell show exactly why these topics are of little use to anyone.
  11. nice!
  12. You can't be paying attention, I've criticised poor performances from other players more than that eternally useless waste of space Kamara 😂 I watched as Windass removed Newcastle from the FA Cup on Saturday and couldn't help reminding myself what a colossal mistake it was to let him leave Rangers. Never was a hairstyle so badly missed.
  13. Occasionally! Ive also said how good a player he was/could be and praised him for rare good performances. Hardly a vendetta. I’ve also expressed frustration about Tav but also voted him MOTM when he deserved it. You’re barking up the wrong tree.
  14. Nice try.
  15. 😂 I'm sure a clinical psychologist could offer some insight. It's always interesting at the start of every season to find out if some nutter has migrated into your vicinity. Thankfully I seem to be in a small corner of sanity.
  16. That's no excuse though. It doesn't matter who gets most votes but most people manage to select their MOTM without using it as an opportunity to slag off another player, the same player he's been targeting for several years. He doesn't like Jack, he's made that clear enough, but it's become a vendetta and that isn't right. It would serve everyone better if these things were occasionally reined in a little.
  17. So predictable from someone who has wasted no opportunity to focus negativity on the same player year after year. At least you're consistent but eventually it just looks like petty prejudice.
  18. Ryan Jack this time. Moving to the left of midfield in the second half seemed to make a difference for some reason. Still our best midfielder
  19. The first 45 minutes was a warm up and obviously doesn't count. Apparently we're going to be playing 90 minute games soon.
  20. Welcome back, Ryan Jack. Masterclass.
  21. I think an awful lot of fans would endorse that suggestion
