No, the right people being those who can demonstrate the greatest contribution to the club by buying ST's etc. No one has said MyGers is perfect but so far I've seen no credible alternative being proposed. How do you propose the club should identify fans as more deserving than others when buying tickets? Colour of hair, verified IQ, or maximum body mass index maybe? Or just abandon everything and go to a ticket lottery? I've said I think the MyGers subscription is too high but, given the number of fans committing to it, there's an obvious case for saying the club has actually got it right. As an aside, there are any number of people who buy ST's year after year but never attend games ... instead passing them to family members and in the process denying other fans already on the waiting list.

Ticketing has been an unsolved problem for many years, long before MyGers. You could say that, while the fee is certainly too high, MyGers does at least provide a formal means of guaranteeing preference is given to the right people.

Given what we've seen in the last 3 games, if we start like we did in Belgium it will suck the energy from the stadium and if that happens we are fooked.
