Good performance and result. Raskin and Sima both had very good games. Lammers and Dessers still look really short of confidence but they both got into good positions and their effort was admirable. The players looked a lot surer about what their jobs were today, which was pleasing to see.

I can't wait for the first time Borna turns back and passes it to Davies or Souttar.

I'm just trying not to get my hopes up too much. Getting the 3 points is the main thing but it'd be good to see some nice football, more urgency and some confidence about the playing squad.

Imagine a new manager arriving at a club and stating that half the players aren't good enough and he plans a mass clear-out. Team morale would suffer somewhat, you'd think. Clement has over ten weeks of football to play before he can shift players or bring anyone in.

Tough crowd. Thankfully, I think most of us are prepared to give him a bit more leeway, particularly in light of the current squad and atmosphere around the place. An improvement in performances and attitude are what I'm looking for in the first few weeks.
