I wonder if he'd be keen to submit this to his editors? Based on the two flags in the background it looks like a "meeting of minds" so to speak - our Scottish nationalist/republican friend meets Irish nationalist/republican. Both flags on view appear to be Irish republican. The green one appeared a lot on lampposts in NI around the time of the 100 year anniversary of their failed 1916 uprising. The Royal blue flag looks to be that of the Irish republican women's armed grouping named on it, formed in 1914.
