What has MO'N actually done to warrant a move by Rangers? He's done well with NI, but his club career consists of Brechin City and Shamrock Rovers... !! To be fair to him, he has always set up his teams to punch well above their weight. From memory, he got Shamrock Rovers into the Europa league proper. He has done exceptionally well with NI (qualified for the Euros, knock out stages of the World Cup) but imo that is where he should remain.
