Oh and forgot - Gerrard out......

Well, we can obviously put our heads in the sand.

Never change a running system and all that. But it ain`t running for a good few games. At least not as good as it could be. Getting three points today would have been daylight robbery.

The game was begging for another striker and some more creativity and solidity. We got the latter with Jack and Davis late on, but as per usual replaced our striker with a striker, who was again unsuppported by Aribo (who was at times doing the right-back job) and, to some extent by Kent, who was on the wings. The latter, as I have said before, is untouchable and no matter what people will say in his defence, he simply needs to score more goals from the good chances he creates. That`s IMHO not happening and thus sending Roofe on for him to support Itten (who was good) should have been the order of the day. Aribo should have been hooked for Wright earlier, Hagi on. Hindsight is wonderful, but this is not the first time we laboured far more than we need and ought to.

Over the course off a season, there is always gonna be days like today. We simply can not turn up and steamroller every team we play, no matter how much us fans believe that to be possible.

It's a long, hard season and players / management staff are human, they have off days at work, I have off days at work, we all do.

We are still unbeaten in the league, hold a 21 point lead and if any of us were offered that at the start of season we'd have jumped at it. If any of us had predicated it, we'd have been sectioned.

There's a strong impression that you think we're the finished article and are somehow malfunctioning for whatever reason. Whereas the truth is we're very much still a work in progress ... with major upheaval coming in the summer transfer window. Or maybe you just wanted to get in another dig at "untouchable" Ryan Kent. We dropped 2 points, sometimes it happens.

What a terribly awful performance today. Felt sorry for Itten tbh. Don't think he did much wrong and I would have liked to see him and Roofe together. Hopefully a wee reminder that we've won nothing yet and that there is still plenty of work to do. Draws are as good as defeats so we have no room to start getting sloppy. Especially with 2 games against them to play.

We need to really start upping the tempo from the first whistle over the next 3/4 games. Oh and play your strongest XI and get the match won.

The starting XI was a mistake today. Both Zungu & Itten look well short of what we need. Leaving out Jack & Davis backfired badly. We could easily have lost today.

After the OF game at the start of last month some of our performances haven’t been as good as before Christmas. This needs to change. Nothing is won yet

Rangers result today has stimulated Jum Spence.

His last mention of Rangers on his Twitter feed is the 17th January, he broadcast the half time score at Fir Park, 'Well 1-Rangers 0.

Today, he has the full time result from Hamilton and has posted a form table of the last six league games. We remain top on 14 points, Hibs second on 13 points, and his BIG TEAM, ra Sellik on 11 points. Jum has a scintilla of hope.

Remember folks, Jum is Rectum to all Dundee Uni' undergraduates.
