The Group accounts were submitted on 30/12/13, so that doesn't appear to be a valid excuse.
-
"Failure to deliver accounts on time is a criminal offence. In addition, the law imposes a civil penalty for late filing of accounts on the company. The amount of the penalty depends on how late the accounts arrive and whether the company is private or public at the date of the balance sheet." Fine is £150 for up to a month, then increasing to £375 for 2-3 months, and £1,500 if over 6 months.

As far as I'm aware, everything still goes through RFC Ltd. It's still the football club. RIFC is just a holding company with it's only assets being the shares in RFC Ltd and amounts due from RFC Ltd. RFC Ltd still owns the stadium, players etc.
-
Presumably we are talking about the 6 months to 31/12/13? Some of these (Stockbridge, Ally) will have limited impact as they occurred towards the end of the period.

I see that the board have still to submit the accounts of Rangers Football Club Limited for the year to 30/06/13 to Companies House, and they are now 26 days overdue. The directors are therefore failing in their statutory duties and are incurring needless fines for the club caused by their dereliction of duty.

And the reason that you're doing that and not going to the game is....... Time to man up, GS!

The First Annual Gersnet Dinner (The Bears Picnic)
Bluedell replied to BrahimHemdani's topic in Rangers Chat
Given the earlier time, I may pop in to say "hi". -
So it seems OK for VB to attack the board but not SoS or the "fans reps". The article attacks both the directors and many of the fans for having a go at each other so is doing exactly what it is criticising them for. I'd certainly prefer for the internal stuff to be sorted as a priority over our "enemies" (although no reason why we can't do both). We need to get it sorted out before we run into another crisis.

Does Facebook allow that? I see that if you type the S word in FF, it comes out as "Wigs"

I'd also add that being involved in threesomes with Tommy Sheridan should permanently disqualify him from a position in Ibrox.

Why would we go for someone who is not good enough for Forest?

Hope he's out before my appointment at 6pm tonight...

Merlin telling a lie? Surely not.

Whoever wrote that just looks on fans as customers only. There is no love for the club and only a company and no understanding of what it is to be a fan. I find it quite sad that someone looks on it like that. ....not forgetting that it's not only the fans who are not getting the information that he's wittering on about, most shareholders aren't either,

Scottish Cup success would mean Rangers have had a better season than Celtic

I haven't read it either. He'd need to post it on here if he wants me to read it.- 41 replies

Scottish Cup success would mean Rangers have had a better season than Celtic
Bluedell replied to a topic in Rangers Chat
I'm not sure that the quality on the pitch can be used to measure success or whether we have had a better season. We could play great, entertaining football and win nothing which would be a poor season, or play crap and win the treble and reach the last 8 in the CL which would be a successful season. I've also no idea as to the quality of Celtic's football, so I'd personally prefer to not bring the football quality into this argument. I would however agree that it's been a fairly forgettable season up until now but a Scottish Cup win would be very memorable,- 41 replies

Both teams won their leagues but no great achievement for either. Both had embarrassing exits in the league cup. Rangers are in the final of the Ramsdens but so what. Celtic qualified for the CL (a fair achievement) but bombed, but not the biggest shame in the world. If we win the Scottish, it could be the equivalent of them getting into the CL, so I'd say that it would put us on a par, but I struggle to argue that we have had a better season than them.- 41 replies

FOLLOW-UP STATEMENT RE: DAVE KING- Union of Fans
Bluedell replied to Steve1872's topic in Rangers Chat
Sorry, but I haven't seen anything new from the board. They have been making the same noises for some time and just because they now say it to Dave King doesn't give it any more credibility. I'm not sure what binding commitments the board have made. Basically they haven't said anything that they can't escape from in one form or another, as far as I remember.- 11 replies

See post 11?

Not the Association, it was the Assembly, Do a search for "The Bluenose - Rangers Supporters Assembly" on facebook and you should should find it.
-
My recollection was that it was to specifically go towards oldco post administration running costs
-
The RFFF funds were collected for a specific purpose and therefore I doubt it would be possible for them to lend the cash to RIFC. The cash was in an Assembly bank account so pehaps you could contacting them through their facebook page?
