It's weird seeing him without Billy Simpson.

The First Annual Gersnet Dinner (The Bears Picnic)
Bluedell replied to BrahimHemdani's topic in Rangers Chat
So all the best people can't make it that night. -
Interesting enough there were a lot of senior stewards with earpieces in around the directors box before the game and at halftime, as if they were expecting trouble. It's probably all in their heads but it shows their mentality.
-
It shows a lack of an argument if the only thing to bring up to defend the board is Paul Murray, who has nothing to do with it.

Season ticket sales will pay for Easdale and Laxey loans
Bluedell replied to ian1964's topic in Rangers Chat
Still not sure why Wallace is a liar? -
We have one bank account. All income goes into it including season ticket cash, commercial and retail income and match ticket income. The repayment of the loans will come from that. How anyone can identify where each specific pound used to repay the loans is beyond me. I fail to understand the outrage here and elsewhere about the source of the repayments.

A night out concentrating on football issues and away from the boardroom crap is probably what most of us could do with, mate.

Season ticket sales will pay for Easdale and Laxey loans

Exactly. It was obvious that's effectively where the cash would have come from and I fail to see what the big deal is in respect of the source of the repayment. -
4th Meeting of the Rangers CIC Working Party.

Would need to get the club buy-in for that though, would you not, and I doubt if that would be forthcoming?- 140 replies

4th Meeting of the Rangers CIC Working Party.
Bluedell replied to BrahimHemdani's topic in Rangers Chat
It's not ego, but it is just wanting something for your money. I'm not looking for a return and I'm not looking to boast about how many shares I own, but I do want to own something for my money. Who is going to run the CIC? Who is going to run it in 5 years time? Look at the RST. It's a democratic organisation but many have not liked the composition of the board. They have an exit strategy by just walking away but they still owned their shares through Gersave or their share of BR (as I understand it). Obviously some are happy to give cash over for no return but many aren't. If they can the CIC should move away from the membership fee concept. If they can't then perhaps they could set up a mechanism whereby shareholders can proxy their shares to the CIC without handing over ownership.- 140 replies

You apply to the club and you don't give them one of their approved methods of payment then your application goes in the bin.

I agree that we need to learn a lot more about King's intentions, but there's a huge difference between someone who has sunk £20m in the club and a charlatan llike Whyte.

4th Meeting of the Rangers CIC Working Party.
Bluedell replied to BrahimHemdani's topic in Rangers Chat
If you want to take the comments at face value then you would also take the comments about the RST made by the same author when a board member at face value which would throw doubts on Buy Rangers as well. Or alternatively you could treat both as someone expressing a personal view and not in line with the general membership/committees. BH has extreme views at times. I disagree with him often. However it's good to have alternative views which make you revisit your own thoughts. It's just one person's views. Don't over-exaggerate them by suggesting that there's something sinister going on.- 140 replies

Edmiston House is now security for £500k Easdale credit facility
Bluedell replied to ian1964's topic in Rangers Chat
He doesn't control Edmiston House. Do the bank control your house just because they have given you a mortgage? -
What a pathetic letter. Did they get Merlin to write it? Or perhaps it was an 8 year old? I have been in business for a number of years and had a lot of disputes with people during that time but would never have sent out or received anything as unprofessional as that. Thinking about it further, I wouldn't be surprised if an Easdale drafted it and got it stuck out in Somer's name.

I am still having the problems. It only seems to be an issue with gersnet and I don't have the redirect with any other site. I'm using the standard IOS browser Safari, and as far as I know you don't get any add-ons for it. I don't know how to change the redirect settings for the App store.

Don't think that they can. Those who are on CCCS scheme get theirs and then the rest go to season ticket holders.

Which groups, mate?

Out of interest, Frankie, we you approached to ask for the OK for the Gersnet link to be added?

I'd expect a 25% increase this season and 25% the following season to take us back to where we would have been.
