  1. damn i hate it when im right! (apart from naismith!)
  2. i think boyd and novo will start today with darcheville and cousin comming on as subs. would play naismith out on the left wing with McCulloch on the right.
  3. no shit! weve got Hearts! just seen it on the news! some twat mixed the numbers up! its rumoured the twats name is......Alex Salmond!
  4. good question. And why does the wee prick get the best seat in the house for Scotland games when its obvious hes only liked football for the last three months?
  5. have you tried it with the lottery numbers?

    Seat

what area are u in? im in mfp
  7. this story just wont go away. Must be a lot of interest in him from down south. But how many times does the guy need to deny that hes leaving. a column filler when the hacks have nothing to write about.
  8. Steven Whittaker - He is one player who Im baffled about. I can easily think where his fee could have went to other than on him. Hopefully we dont see him on the right of midfield too often again. Played with ten men with him on the park. bit of a headless chicken in the right midfield role. Hopefully walter has learned his lesson. Kevin Thomson - Again he is another who still has to win over me. He has had a handful of good games here and there but I find him ineffective in games. He only plays well when Ferguson is tucked in beside him. Hemdani is in a different league to him. I have to admit that im starting to like the boy. showed his worth against barcelona and septic. Think he can be a bit of an unsung hero at times. Amdy Faye - When he signed I thought he would be good back up and his premiership experience will see him in good stead. Holy shit! He has made 2 x 45 mins appearances and looks about as much as a footballer as Terry Wogan. If there is a defence for him, he has been thrown into 2 tough away games where he isnt used to the pace. An appearance at Ibrox in an easier game may have been a better way to start him of. Two words for this guy, FUCK OFF! Lee McCulloch - I wanted him a while ago and said his fee would be worth it. His physical pressence is priceless at times. He has had a few quiet games in the league but is a trier and is going well. Couldnt believe what we paid for him. Didnt want him. eating a big plate of humble pie as i type! Steven Naismith - Ive only seen a glimpse of him and I liked what I saw. Needs more first team action - even if its coming off the bench. Have no worries about this kid fitting in when his time comes. DaMarcus Beasely - He has actually won over me a bit aswell. I had a bad impression of him coming to us after reading Pete's comments about him in the close season. But he does a decent job down the left. Did well on sunday and pops up with important goals. good purchase by walter. we will see the best of him once he adapts to the pace of the game up here. Daniel Cousin - He is playing with his hands tied IMO. If we could give him the right service and partner then he will be a nightmare for opposition defences. Id give him Buffel, Darcheville or Naismith upfront and he will cause huge problems. I like him! can be a bit lazy at times but no denying his skill. won everyone over with his performance at Lyon Alan Gow - I feel sorry for him. He hasnt kicked a ball. I cant work out why he hasnt even came off the bench and been tried. Cant believe he hasnt played yet. Get a grip Walter! Hemdani - I know he isnt Smith's signing but he has to get back into the starting XI in place of Thomson and sit infront of the defence with Ferguson next to him in the midfield. should be first pick every week. another of walters baffling decisions. Buffel - Again not a Smith signing - but must be given a try to play behind the front men/man. I think a team with Buffel, Ferguson and Hemdani in it and a Novo flying down one wing will hugely improve us. Hell be off in January.
  9. well seeing it wasnt walter who picked the team!
  10. nope its celtic v hearts. seems they are following celtics cup run this year:mad:
  11. hes just signed a 5 year contract which puts in pole position when it comes to negotiating a price. but hutton will do well to stay under the wing of messers Smith, McCoist & Mcdowall as his good form seems to coincide with their arrival at Ibrox. Personally I think he will stay a couple of years at least. and who knows, if he stays long enough he may even become a Rangers legend.

no joy mate, he cant find it.
  13. Because were a scottish team and were supposed to lay down and get humped off the likes of barca. weve upset the apple cart and no one likes it but us. So what! The more i read in the papers that were upsetting the opposition makes me all the more confident. bring on the the barca...AGAIN!
  14. got a spurs fan in work and he told me he was definately for the off last week.

a friends young brother had one. ive gave him a call to see if he still has it. waiting on him getting back to me.
  16. Alan Hutton worth on his current form? there have been some big clubs being banded about of late and they all have one thing in common, loads of cash. It wouldnt suprise me if someone came in at xmas with a 10 mill plus offer. the questions that follow are 1. will he want to leave Rangers? 2. will walter and co want to sell him? I think the answer would be no on both counts but the person that would be the deciding factor in the whole equasion is be David Murray. weve had our fair share of bad debts and by all accounts were not out of the woods yet. Could we afford to knock back a multimillion pound offer? It will show the true level of our ambition when the question is put to the Rangers board, and it will come. If we can hold on to players of Huttons calibre over the long term it will show the fans that Murray does indeed mean business. In fact if we are to have any sort of future at all we have to.
  17. the fact that these guys are compaining tells me that the tactics are working perfectly. Part of the game is to frustrate the opposition and silence the home fans. Now weve already done it to lyon and judging by messis comments weve got to him as well. suits me fine. in fact i hope he and a few of his team mates get a even more frustrated over the next 10 days! its a phsycological game as well as a physical one and Walter has combined both very well. Just read the papers for the evidence!
  18. cos u sound like a mhank!:moon:
  19. its true. i read it as well. but if he can win the spl player of the year on the form hes shown then he can win that as well!.

Think you and juffery would get on like a house on fire:fish:
  21. looks like Ronaldhinio and deco are out of tuesdays CL clash. Barca got pumped 3-1 at the weekend too. I reckon we can get a point at least.
  22. gisabeer

    9 bookings!!

septic are a right shambles and have been riding their luck for a long time. It will be the icing on the cake if they get pumped on wednesday.
  23. we seem to scrutinize the homegrown players a lot more. they never get any leaway when theres a dip in form. Hutton is the best example to date.
  24. my nephew showed me tape the other day and asked what it was for! he nearly wet him self when i told him and showed him my old walkman! it looked the size of a brick next to his ipod! god i must be getting old.
  25. and take it up the arse!
