i think part of the problem is that leguen doesnt like admitting his mistakes. hes stuck by all the duds he signed all season when everyone else knew the just werent good enough hiding behind the pretence of "give them time to gel" As soon as i hear that term the alarm bells start ringing. Not only does he have to get rid of the non achievers he has to be spot on in the transfer market this time round. If he fails to either of these he may as well walk out the door asap

i dont understand paul leguen. Kris boyd scores two goals in a game and he critisises him yet sebo runs around like a headless chicken for half a season and were told to give him time. This guy is a fucking passenger and the biggest joke at ibrox since ostenstaad pulled on a light blue jersey. Time to get rid.
  3. leguen only has himself to blame for the mess were in. his stuborness over the 4231 formation has cost us dear and his man management skills leave a lot to be desired. he had plenty of time to assess the situation and totally under estimated the spl and over estimated the squad he inherited. I wont bother to mention his signings. As far as our form is concerned we still have a bit to go till we "turn the corner". im encouraged by the couple of wins weve had but theres a long way to go till we do that. lets hope he learns by his mistakes.
  4. presley would be cup tied in the uefa cup just like papic so he would be no use to us. as for septic, think they just want to buy him so we cant get him. they are more than welcome to him.
  5. were would you play adam who in my opinion has warranted his place in the starting lineup?
  6. i wouldnt play him again untill he signs a new contract
  7. Rangers were excellent in the first forty five minutes but the second half decended into farce with hivs hitting the deck any time a Rangers player went near them. The match officials were shocking too with some pretty bamboozling decisions and non stop whistle blowing throughout the second half. for the first time this season we showed desire and a willingness to win. We we fought for every ball and were far more direct in our play. was pleased to see us playing a 442 again , take note paul, if you have two strikers on you are twice as likley to score.

    Sebo.

he was unlucky yesterday but he done well to get into the positions in the first place
  9. poor comment on ferguson. I have been impressed with him this season. Just a pity that we dont have better quality players around him. he was immense today against the hiv's and his goal was top drawer. led by example as did prsu and the rest followed suit.
  10. if were as bad as this in two years time well be in the first division.
  11. it certainly isnt going to get any better with the squad we have just now. even worse, leguen seems to think we only need two players at the transfer window. Our manager has got it wrong in a big way so far and i havent seen anything in our current form to suggest hes on the way to turning things around in the future. we are stagnant on and off the park. most of all the silence from our chairman is deafining, but ill have a guess and say hes well pissed off with leguens performance so far. If we take heavy defeats from hibs and celtic over the next week the writing will be on the wall for leguen and i dont see any way back for him. infact ill be glad to see the back of him if we do.
  12. not that i want Rangers to lose but getting gubbed again off of hibs at home and craptic might just be the ammunition to force murrays hand in our clubs future. If we take a heavy loss to hibs on saturday i foresee supporters outside the main door again. the difference is that i will be with them this time. As much as i want leguen to succeed I feel he has made far too many mistakes to turn it around . Hes stuck by duds like svensen, papic and clement ( i just dont see what anybody sees in this guy) and formations that dont work and he continually asks for "time to gel" (theres a term that gets right on my tits!) but time is a commodity that hes run out of. Yet again we find our selves watching Rangers through our fingers and i have to say ive had enough of the shit ive been watching since the arse fell out the cheque book 5 years ago. Even the title wins were hollow given the football we played. so if murray doersnt get his arse in gear my season book is going back after the transfer window shuts. and thats coming from a guy who served his time in the john grieg era so i really do know shit when i see it.
  13. none of leguens buys in the summer are any good. Infact we gave away better players. he fucked up big time in the transfer market and i would like to hear him admit that. we are fucking crap and its not going to get any better with the squad we have.
  14. i think leguen still has a lot of faith in svensen, god knows why. The next 4 league games will be very telling not only for the team but for svensen and co as well. If we do manage to gain ground on celtic over the next month it will paper over the cracks in our defence but if our centre backs get up to their usual tricks it may force leguens hand in the transfer market. I have to say the thought of svensen seeing out the rest of the seson in the first 11 doesnt fill me with any confidence but with leguen its a stark possibilty.

    Uefa cup

for Rangers to finish second we would have to lose our next game and auxerre would have to beat livorno by 2 clear goals.
  16. I fear that leguen is ready to stick by svensen till the end of the season at least.
  17. spot on. i dont give a shit how bad he is out side the box as long as hes banging in the goals. and he wont get any better sitting on the bench either. think leguen has come round to boyd though, especially so after subbing novo on thursday after boyd hadnt kicked a ball all night. proved everybody wrong by leaving boyd on so maybe leguen has seen the light.
  18. prsu suprised me yesterday as he made a large contribution to the game. He may have lost yard or two but he still managed to turn the killie defence inside out. Think the pace of the game helped him out too. we seemed to lack urgency at times yesterday. Something we really need to work on in the future.

    Sionko

yep he pished his pants at every tackle. we need diggers and fighters in our team and i dont think hes up to it.
  20. and whos fault is it that he plays deep? Not his thats for sure. Mcleish made that mistake but leguen seems to be on the right track with him.
  21. frankie murray has never made a loss in his life. thats why hes got so much money. and if you ever think hes going to show you all of his accounts with the companies he owns that "liase" with Rangers you can forget it.
  22. yeah septic are a great team though they needed an own goal to defeat motherwell and hearts and got one against ict. as for manire, i couldnt believe that a team who were so far ahead in skill and class could lose to such a bunch of over achievers. I dare say fergie has saha's balls firmly nailed to the dressing room wall at old trafford.
