    I had that thought myself, but it's difficult to put a figure on. After the IPO folk were saying the fans had about 12%, but we don't know how much of that was folk I've put on that list and we don't know how many shareholdings have been sold &/or diluted following the September share issue.

    Here's a list I made up in excel which includes as much of the latest shareholder info we have and also includes old info like the biggest of the original shareholders who bought shares from GreenCo back in July & August 2012, but as I said in my previous post, some of these remaining original shareholders may well have sold up already, so it's very unlikely to be 100% accurate. The interesting thing though, is that this list only totals up to about 90.5%, so it still leaves a fairly large chunk of almost 10% as 'unknown' to us.

    This bunch are actually of particular interest because they were original placees brought in by GreenCo back in July & August of 2012 and possibly constitute a fair wee chunk of Sandy Easdales mysterious/unknown proxy votes. As well as those names in the list some of the other original placees were as follows: David Gowans - 1,000,000 shares Andy Hosie - 900,000 shares Alan MacKenzie - 500,000 shares Richard Berstein - 400,000 shares Graham Herring - 400,000 shares plus a bunch of others who bought 200k, 100k, 50k etc etc. I've got a full list made up that I'll post later, although obviously some of these original 'investors' will have sold up by now.

    If Dave King's called an EGM, the Easdale/GreenCo/BPH guys will do what they did the last time they received an EGM requisition. Stall, spin, bullshit & lie, followed by some more stalling.

    Good news from the RST! That should put their total up to 826,000 shares which is about 1.01% of the company.

    It's too complex to keep track of, but it's safe to say that the landscape's changed considerably since then.

    Agreed and that's basically my point mate. The Rangers men who've bought up over a third of the company very recently can't risk requisitioning an EGM for total boardroom control until they've secured over 50% between themselves and their fully trusted associates/alliances. They can't do it while depending on outsiders or unknown entities.

    That's the bottom line, but it needs to be over 50% support in cast iron, completely guaranteed votes.

    Aye, it does clarify it mate. 11,869,505 is the total number of shares purchased on 02 Jan by the King family trust's 'New Oasis Investments Limited' company. 8,109,223 of that was the full Artemis shareholding. The remaining figures of 3,260,282 & 500,000 are probably his purchases from Miton & R&M. 8,109,223 + 3,260,282 + 500,000 = 11,869,505

    Looks like STV have aspects of their shareholder chart wrong because the 02 January Artemis trade appeared on the LSE today along with some other big ones from 02 January. Here's a screenshot and I've added an arrow to point out the Artemis trade. 8,109,223 was their full shareholding of 9.95%.

    It's now over 272k traded today so far. It's maybe not too surprising there are sellers because investors could have been buying small blocks of 10k & 20k shares at under 20p and are currently selling them at up to (and even over) 28p, so there's folk out there playing the casino and making money. Hopefully it's the good guys snapping up the shares.
