    The tribunal decision was reached on the 9th of December and under the SFA regulations Dundee United had 28 days in which to pay it. Tomorrow is the 28th day....

    Sandy Easdale having the Toxic PR rat Jack Irvine running around trying to spin nonsense about him saving us from the brink while insinuating that King, Taylor, Park & Letham haven't helped while ignoring their previous offers of funding and investment? It's perfectly clear who's fannying about and causing trouble here and it ain't Dave King or the 'Three Bears'.

    Amazing that he's still working for Sandy Easdale at all when Easdale has previously categorically stated that Jack Irvine no longer worked for him in any capacity.

    I guess you never know in the world of guys like Shackleton, but with the announcement of the Dave King purchases, it would be sloppy work to not announce the details.

    The name 'Phoenix Suns' alone conjures up the possibility of bullshit here, although with us now having had Whyte & Green owners you just never know!

    Does that mean you think it would be a bad idea? I'm actually not sure myself because Jig has pals in the team (and dressing room), so a change of captain could cause division or certainly bad vibes. It's an interesting one actually because I read the discussion on the match thread about Lee Wallace not celebrating his goal and strangely, nobody mentioned the fact that he was right over to Ian Black when he was subbed at Easter Road and that he might be sort of siding with his ex-Hearts teammate. That train of thought then leads on to others such as the possibility of a little ex-Hearts clique having formed in the team due to Ally having signed so many ex-Hearts players.....

    I'm just thinking with Jig having bizarrely been promoted to player/coach in the 1st team and with him seeming to be undroppable due to also being team captain, is it maybe time Kenny McDowall and Gordon Durie considered giving the captain's armband to someone else?

    Aye, that was in mid May last year, but as recently as August we had Charles Green's supposed George Soros investment which just like most of Chuck's grandiose moonbeams, turned out to be total nonsense. I'm not sure what to think about this one though. First thought was another Green moonbeam, but there does seem to be more to it than that.

    We'll just have to wait and see how it develops. It's certain that there's going to be more news and stock exchange announcements tomorrow and throughout the next week or two, so fingers crossed that it continues to be good news.

    If Robert Sarver is deadly serious and genuinely happy to work with the Bears, then it would be a major statement of intent if he were to buy out the GreenCo/BPH/Margarita/Easdale block which Sandy Easdale holds proxy rights for.
