Hi guys, I know its unlikely, but I am really struggling to make the game tomorrow due to uni and finances... Got a project due and can't really afford the time it would take to go to the game. Sadly head has to rule the heart sometimes!! (especially in my final year - UEFA cup finals excluded if we get there!) I would be selling a seat in section c1 of the North Stand row XX so not stuck at the front behind the running track bit behind the goal! Face value is �£22, but would sell for �£15 if anyone is interested!

surely this time they will get taken to task, if not points deducted (possibly a bit harsh for first severe punishment) but at least no home supporters in the stadium. This is NOT the first time they have been caught doing this, especially in an OF game. They should get taken to task. Throwing money and what appears to be a mobile phone is far more dangerous than an extra meal (- a pie or cup of coke!) If the SPL (and UEFA for that matter) want to make fans know they are playing hard ball, then they should do so in a way which directly affects the fans. I know if we were deducted points or made to play behind closed doors I would (more) actively stop whatever it was that deemed illegal.

I think it is vital that we keep the core of our team, but for every player that leaves, it gives a new one an opportunity! As long as we aren't losing the spine of our team we should fare well. One may wonder why Murray was so keen to take the money for Hutton half-way through a season...? Looking at the financial market at the moment, although I am far from a financial expert, it seems that a lot of people are effected by this credit crunch... Would anyone know if that was a possible reason for reducing the current debt? It would be detrimental to sell Hutton, Cuellar, MacGregor, Cousin etc in one season. I doubt we'd be able to replace that quality for less money than we'd take in, never mind the passion that most of them show! Can cope with the odd selling of a star player due to the gap in finances between ourselves and the bigger leagues, but a mass exodus each year? selling the replacements for these players a year on from now? that would be too much for this bear to take. (although I would still follow follow! Rangers till I die )

Cheers gribz, I couldnt leave it longer to wait to hear back from TBH! went onto another forum (which I only use for information and access to a greater fan base - can't stand its attitude and opinions alot of the time...) and got a PM with the correct number for the guy that runs the Partick Loyal and got a seat booked! Thanks to everyone who helped! Here's to a Gers victory! I'm going for a repeat of the lisbon scoreline!

Cheers for the advice guys! In the past I've got a seat on the West End (Partick) bus, but been struggling to get thruough on the contact no given on the gers website... Don't suppose there is a gersnetter heading to the game able to offer a lift? petrol or celebratory drinks money would be provided of course!! Wouldn't travel on my own, as some have said, trouble is always worse when we win... fingers crossed thats what happens! (don't want to jinx it!!)

Can anyone suggest the safest way to go to and return (in one piece) from Parkhead for a bear living just off gibson st in the west end? Even if it is a case of heading somewhere to get a supporters bus would be safer than trying to get there on my own! Any help would be much appreciated!

does anyone know why the game vs st johnstone/motherwell on the 20th is on the sunday? Is it definitely not the saturday? I've been offered temp shifts on the friday and sat at ayr races. hate working there, but needing the money right now. If i'm missing a gers game I can justify saying no to work...
