so many inaccuracies that its not worth mentioning... the guy isnt even worth the effort, but correct me if im wrong graham, but were rangers not found INNOCENT by uefa and only found guilty on appeal after an obsurd amount of pressure from hacks such as yourself...?? -

Is it likely that there are any pubs in Glasgow that will actually be broadcasting the gers game on setanta ireland tonight? would it be even be legal? Can't afford the 20-odd pounds at the moment, so was hoping to catch the game on tv... I guess there is always the radio! Hopefully someone out there can help!

arsenal are never afraid to pay big for youngsters... look at walcott! would be criminal to not try and use these players, and just sell them for the money...

Whittaker is so poor he doesn't even deserve a capital letter! depressing points though, and i fear you are right! Don't mind it if its like Gio... came and gave us 3 good years or so, and then went on to bigger things (hate to say that, but winning the European Cup is up there!) Unlike maybe 12 good months from Hutton, same from Cuellar, 6 from Boumsong... Smith goes on about praising celtics consistency.... that is alot easier considering they don't keep selling their best on form players!

Not from what I remember... very capable passer of the ball, and very inteligent and consistent footballer. Bizarre about the choice of playing lee McC... we also had daily sitting picking up his wage, and although i am still raging with his attempt at chesting the ball in lithuainia, surely a centre half of his experience would get in b4 a central/left mid-striker??

maybe against the flow here, but I quite like jim traynor, or at least his radio show. He winds people up on purpose, and says whatever he needs to to get a rise out of someone! A lot of the time he just says what he thinks, and so at least he's got balls enough for that. regarding the article, I think he's right that Ferguson might have a little bit too much influence at the club... I think he is overly harsh on ferguson, but some of the criticisms to have a base of truth. He is our best player, but his apparent on-field swagger and finger wagging dont match his performances. I'd be afraid to let fergie go, but maybe that's because I'm afraid of life without barry, and the prospect of downsizing as was mentioned previously. If he does stay, he'll be on a bumper contract for the next 5 years... I just hope he proves that he is worth it!

That's the baffling thing, not that he's not playing... but that he's not getting on even as a sub! but behind lafferty, novo and formerly JCD for place on the bench... and now naismith is back in contention... i under stand why he's struggled. I guess he's more a boyd type striker, and he's not been missing much this year, perhaps thats it?

i accept that due to financial constraints that we are now more of a selling club, but it really gets my goat when players move within 12 months, and even less! If you look at the hutton thing, he was only a multi-million pound player for about a year. cuellar. even back to boumsong. can we not keep a good player for 2 or 3 years before moving them on? ala gio? be silly to sell bougherra, yet another partner for the ageing davie weir? And if smith doesn't want to play velicka, and he doesn't want to sell him, what the hell is he doing with him?! -

it says in the original article that this was a response to rumours that gers fans were going to sing it anyway, as discussed online (or hinted at that). Does anyone know if this kind of idea was first hatched at a certain other website? or is it a complete bizarre fabrication?

My dad buys the sunday paper, and told me about this... i laughed at him, surely its his years catching up with him i thought.... then he passed me the front page! Honestly, it really does make you wonder about the country we live in today.... while others glorify the ira? taunt those who died in the ibrox disaster? its scary how warped our media are, but those are just historic or political... stories like this INCITE religious hatred in my opinion. poor we persecuted catholics using their influence, authority and power...
