our 17 and 18 year olds are holding their own against under 21's. That's development. Christ we get beat badly by that lot and the whole club is f..k.d. The youth side is doing well, we are seeing progression into the first team. Bates and beerman performed as well as Keirnan and hodson. That's fantastic for 17 year olds flung into the frying pan. Disagree nobody has improved that's just not true . Foderingham is a far better keeper than he was and will bring a return. Tavernier has went from a bit part player to a first team regular and has became more defensively aware agian he will sell in my opinion for more than the £200k outlay. Holt has also became a better player adding defensive duties and a fantastic engine to his game, again a bit part player at hearts but now a regular for a team above them, he hopefully also would bring a return on the 70k. Rossiter if we sort his injury problem(a big if) will be worth more then 200k or so he cost if he can hold down games. There has also been let downs no doubt about that but the measure in a recruitment sense will be whether the income from sales and throphies out weighs the expenditure. In my opinion we will recoup all the money on the Wigan players plus a profit. We will also make money on holt and maybe Halliday might fetch a small fee. Only huge financial loss that could affect it all is garner. The other mistakes where all down to MW. To make your biggest signings krancjar Barton was just stupidity. Everyone new Barton was a gamble and everyone also knew krancjar was unlikely to not get seriously injured. Our plan had to have the contingency that if the likely happened we had enough in the squad to carry their loss, we didn't . That's MW's fault nothing to do with development. This summer will be an indication of whether our recruitment was successful or not. We got Europe which was the main goal laid down at the beginning of the season and I am pretty confident we will see income generated through sales which will be in the black.

Makes me feel sick just considering them coming back. There is not a league position low enough that would make me okay with their return. Someone said in our position we can't say no. I would say to that its when your down at your lowest your true character comes out. I will never stand in Ibrox and accept that slap in the face, never in a million years will I sink that low to embrace people who left us for dead. Would rather watch ten in a row for that scum than become someone who depends on and celebrates people like that wearing our strip. I'm only one fan and could never stop it from happening but I can sure as hell make sure not a single penny of mine goes to those players.

Sorry but all companies need to take action when customers are losing faith. It is imperative the club does so. They can obviously decide not to engage the support but that doesn't mean it's what they must do. As for the excuse of it being difficult to get agreement across the support, that's is just cowardice that leaves us where we are now. If their reasoning is sound there should be no fear . If someone questions your decisions you should be confident in your reasoning, if not you shouldn't be making the decisions. Most fans are arguing about things through ignorance of the facts. That's the boards fault. Being in control at Rangers brings great scrutiny. The proper way to deal with that scrutiny is not to hide away ,its to make sure your decisions are based on sound reasoning and in the best interest of the club at all times. The current silence brings nothing but doubt and anger.

Turning shame into success: Rangers v Celtic

wasn't a question that entered my mind tbh. Never asked so no idea will ask and see -
The hatred is clear in that piece. Not really sure what canixiha has done wrong other than not being 100% perfect at all times. We need a full media blackout. Direct contact from club to fans, the media middle man is no longer needed in this day and age. Any fan able to discuss the merits of decisions wouldn't read the record anyway

The board are not going to be able to come up with the sort of funds needed. We need to come up with some ideas to supplement the clubs income. For a start the fans groups who collect money should go to their members and vote on diverting the funds in the short term towards player acquisitions through a player buying scheme with future revenue from sales put back into the account to fund future acquisitions, possibly get agreement from the board to match whats put up. Secondly we must rid our club of Sports Direct. We must peacefully protest their transportation hub and cause delay. Its the only viable( though desperate) action we can take that will influence the day to day running of SD and force the issue. A even small delay to a transport hub will have huge financial ramifications for the company. -

terrible. We are going to have to dig very deep financially as fans and buy our way out of this. I know most already put loads of money up to follow the club but we need more. There isn't going to be any saviour swooping in with money, its down to us. I cant watch another season where we cant even believe we can compete. If the stories about Toral are true which im leaning toward believing then he must be sent home now, in fact he should have been sent home weeks ago. -
comes across as foundations for some later argument

what if the recipient is to blame for the pass failing, with either poor positioning or lack of fight? Or vice versa what if a team has a really strong forward who wins most headers in the air? put that same CB into our team and those long successful forward passes would become errors though no difference in the players ability to pass has occurred.

Happy enough with that. Not the best display ive ever seen but got that points and another clean sheet. Got to say the improvement in Wilson is impressive to say the least -

Rangers team to play Partick Thistle: Foderingham, Tavernier, Bates, Wilson, Beerman, Holt, Toral, McKay, Hyndman, Miller, Waghorn -
It takes a lot of mental strength and resilience to perform properly within a boardroom setting. Those who resigned I would imagine just aren't cut out for it. There Will always be difficult characters to work with, it's how well you manage those people that dictates your success

Should be renamed as "tutorial on how to completely misunderstand statistical analysis". Rangers should have been treated as an outlier. Our participation has completely screwed the numbers. Also has to be said that if clubs do not have enough disposable income to spend on transfer fees or grass parks then their financial health cannot be good as they lack competitiveness.

Hate not seeing the game?? -
Sorry that's nonsense. If they had tupe'd over they were assets that could be sold come the first window, somewhere between £20-30m worth far outweighing the cost. CG was desperate to get his hands on that money. The players flapped. Its as simple as that. They never had a single penny missing from their wages. They started talking crap between themselves about losing this and that and believed their own nonsense. Edu and Co ignored the rumours and sat tight and did the best by the club and fans. Naismith and co ran because their agents told them they could get huge signing on bonuses with no transfer fees applicable. The staff had the same concerns without the same deep pockets and stayed true. If CG had wanted rid of anyone it was the staff standing in his way who could bring in revenue not assets worth millions.

would be two fingers up to every fan who dug deep and saved the club. A scumbag who would rather have seen our club die than lose a months wage. Shouldnt be able to set foot in Glasgow never mind return to the club.

Ian Ferguson for me. He was the proper type of hard rather than vicious
