Was there not something about Whyte not wanting to sell his shares to McColl? Green would only get the shares when the CVA went through so I would imagine that McColl and Walter had to wait to see if the CVA was passed. I am not stating this as fact just discussion.

Yes I get your gist but it is more about timing for me. Hold back until the CVA is cleared not for HMRC or Ticketus but for the small companies that are getting humped. I know emotion plays no part in business that is why I am a crap businessman.
