  1. It could be worse Frankie he could be dressed as Guy-fox singing these lyrics from Pink which seems so appropriate at the minute.. This used to be a funhouse But now it's full of evil clowns It's time to start the countdown I'm gonna burn it down down down I'm gonna burn it down Echoes knocking on locked doors All the laughter from before I'd rather live out on the street Than in this haunted memory I've called the movers Called the maids We'll try to exorcise this place Drag my mattress to the yard Crumble tumble house of cards This used to be a funhouse But now it's full of evil clowns It's time to start the countdown I'm gonna burn it down down down I'm gonna burn it down Oh, I'm crawling through the doggy door My key don't fit my lock no more I'll change the drapes I'll break the plates I'll find a new place Burn this fucker down
  2. I agree totally with you on post 91 and 92.
  3. Ha Ha that have been my thoughts all along, that Whyte is just a puppet for KING until he clears his money and tax case. Obviously it can be a million miles wrong but it just seems to fit like a glove for me. We could even have a real conspiracy to throw to Gribz and Zappa that Whyte is a puppet for Murray to clear the debt from MIH books.
  4. The reason they both gave was that they no longer have a role to play in corporate decisions, which in my interpretation means that under Murray they did have a say in corporate decisions. Therefore both are part of the team that got us in this problem, and should have resigned earlier. John Greig was a footballing legend and always will be, but that does not mean he is the right man to lead Rangers in corporate or day to day decisions. Still not sure about Whyte though and can see where forlanssister is coming from. Really interested to see what the BBC have dug up about him although i imagine it is just what we already know wrapped in a BBC jacket.
  5. Not negative Craig I am just realistic that this title is far from won. It is easy to dismiss the poor games to the back of our heads but the fact is that we could hit another bad patch and the Tims could hit some form and a 7 point lead is not a lot believe me. If people(not you in particular) want to unravel the SPL flag in their garden already then that is their prerogative. Some bookies may even be ready to pay out but I am afraid I will wait to April before I start counting my chickens. For what it is worth I don't think one late goal will be a disaster as we will still be 4 points clear.
  6. Put the shoe on the other foot Craig. Is the league over? I remember Manu breaking their record by winning 10 games on a trot and then played crap for the rest of the season and lost the league. I am not saying we should be cramped with worry but the season is still young and there will be many twists and turns to come. On the grand scheme of things we are out of two European cups and the League cup. We have had some woeful SPL form but managed to scrape through games. At this moment in time the few games we have been dominant in has been a blip, not the other way about.
  7. To be honest Craig I don't find the last sentence that melodramatic. What is 7 point lead at this time, it is bridgeable within 1 week if we have 3 games. Looking back over the last few years the team lying points behind have quite often become champions. The top team seem to get nervous and the team lying second have nothing to lose. I must admit that at 13.30pm today, I was counting my chickens but just look what can happen in a short time. Celtic will come back at us of that I am sure, I just hope we have the strength to see them off.
  8. There was a BBC interview but I can't find it on there website. He said he wished he could pull on his boots and go out for the second half. He was hopeful that Ally would get the team going in the second half. He found it a little strange that a guy who he had laughed and joked with and was many years doing TV work as Q of S was now the manager of Rangers but was sure he would get the team going in the right way. The feeling of being at Ibrox again had an emotional effect on him and it made him feel that he may try to get back into the sport in some sort of form. This is not word for word but my interpretation of what I thought he was saying.
  9. Davis was voted mom today again but I question whether it was his mother that was picking it. I thought he had a poor performance.
  10. I don't really give it that much credit to be honest but I suppose it gives the guy's a drink of bubbly tonight.
  11. And for the tote up of we were robbed by the ref. Kayal should have been given a second yellow, and thus the red card at the end there.
  12. Killie look like they can score every time they come forward.:robbo:
  13. Don't forget to get your predictions in for the weekend guy's.
  14. Agree with you fury but if you set out to stop it totally then you will probably have a far better bargaining position than when you come in with a weak bargaining plea. I would say try and get it stopped first of all and then bargain the best deal for Rangers supporters.
  15. Totally no idea what this post is about Cal it is a case of verbal diarrhoea to be honest.

    Chris Woods

Rangers v Aberdeen Scottish cup final Peter McCloy hanging from the bar thinking the ball was going over the bar. Unfortunately for him and us it dropped in the goal.

    And Scheidt defenders!
  18. Mackail-Smith has actually been a good find. He really played well over the last two games and if Goodwillie had spotted him tonight he very probably would have scored. In the first half he had a sprint with the Spanish defence and stripped them getting in behind them. I wouldn't mind him at Ibrox to be honest.
  19. I disagree that Levein must go. I actually think that Scotland are at least trying to play football again. Yes he did make a lot of mistakes in the beginning when he was cold in the job but I do actually see a lot of improvement on how we are playing. With so many good young players coming on I actually have some hope for the future. Do I want boring Watty back? No no thanks.
  20. I totally agree with Cal. Why the hell should these people get huge pay-offs for running our club to the gates of administration. Managers get well payed to manage just the same as I get payed to do my job. Why the hell should they get a huge pay-off when they leave it is total nuts. Another thing I hate is a football player saying they only have 10-12 years to earn his money. If I lose my job after 12 years I may have to change my trade and earn my money doing something else, why do they think they have to earn enough to retire at 30-40. Most go into another job within the sport anyway. Bring back the old days when a footballers wages are on a par with the work they are doing and not bankrupting football clubs. And I know they take what another is prepared to give them but it is time the clubs were boss of the players again and not the other way about..
  21. As long as we match the Czechs we go through so if they can only draw then a draw will be enough for us.
  22. What a shame all the Rangers groups can't push in the same direction for once as this was a perfect opportunity to do so. I always think you can change things from within but can only look on from the outside. I guess Rangers supporters will never be a united force.
  23. For all the people who can't get BBC Scotland the game is being shown live on the BBC website.
  24. It is not being glorified gisabeer and the fact that you are now condemning it means it is open for discussion. It has been a part of Rangers history and therefore should be open for discussion amongst Rangers supporters. I am like you and hate the hooligan element following any football team but I don't think we should stick our heads in the sand and kid on it didn't\doesn't happen.
  25. You didn't study much in the 20 years before that either.
