I think McMillan thought why did I have to get f.n injured when I was so near a breakthrough. McMillan wasn't dropped he was injured. he may have been dropped if he wasn't injured though.

I don't know about well oiled,I would say more punch drunk. I really can't believe how people think it is acceptale for a team of professional athletes not to be fit for possibly the most important games of the season. People said we should judge Ally once we lose important games and not pre-season friendlies well losing Rangers 10mill+ because of a lack of fitness certainly doesen't fill me with confidence for the future.

Yes let's write to the UEFA and ask if we can only play our games when we are ready. Unbelievable! Sorry guy's but I totally disagree what you guy's are preaching. Spurs started their season a few weeks after Hearts did but it didn't seem to help Hearts very much. If the players are not fit when the season begins then there is only one person to blame and that is the manager\coach. Lets not forget that the league season was already under way in Scotland when we played Malmo. Do our players not need to be fit for the start of the SPL? Then there is the bad luck slant to things I have been reading. Is it bad luck that Lafferty hit the ball straight at the keeper with his right foot when if he had let it run on to his left foot he would have had an open goal. Is it bad luck that time and time again our players lacked any sort of composure in front of goal. All I can say is that Barcelona are one hell of lucky bastards.

The defeat against Malmo probably shut the door on any big money deals and in my opinion, there is only one person responsible for that defeat at Ibrox and that is Ally McCoist. With the season starting early and probably the most important games of the season to earn mega-bucks coming up in July it was, again in my opinion, CL suicide to start pre-season training just +\-3 weeks earlier. I am not calling for his head or saying he will be a bad manager but this decision potentially cost us millions that he possibly could have had to improve his squad. We will now most likely have to live with that decision which will mean any big transfer targets ran down the malmo drains. -
The best would be if we stuffed them in the final I would die for that.

Hater is a big word but I will admit I didn't really see him making it at Ibrox. To be honest I don't think he was doing himself any favours with his stupid off-field antics. His attitude on the field as well seemed to be lacking. He now seems to be taking things more serious now and is slowly winning over the fans and me.

I think we would have spent more and went for better players if we had qualified for the CL. If we now sell Lafferty to West Ham(or not) and buy Tim Matavz from Groningen who we were interested in last season then I will be happy. Him and Jelavic together would be a feast for the eyes.

If we want him we should go for him now. Prices in January are usually a lot higher than the beginning of the season.

Sorry I disagree it was a dangerous tackle he kicked the ball and Naismith fell over his leg almost in slow motion. Naismith played for the penalty and got it good for him, that is a part of today's game but it does not hide the fact it was a bad decision from the referee and possibly a worse one from the linesman who must have had a much better view of it.

I guess this will open the way for a Wilson deal to get put in place. No complaints here if it does he will be an excellent addition. If we loan him to xmas we could bring in Carlos in January. We could even be cheeky and offer Liverpool 1.5 million for him.
