    They have difficulty extraditing murderers in Holland so I doubt they would even think about trying to extradite someone for singing a song. I am not extreme in any way so I doubt if the bill will ever affect me even if I lived in Scotland.

    To be honest I have not had time to read up on what is actually in the new bill. I doubt if the Dutch Police will be waking me up and going through an extradition battle for me using the word fenian on-line.:smile: This whole thing just seems to be a knee jerk reaction and has so many grey area's as to what will be legal and what will be illegal. As I have not read up on it this is an uneducated view.

    I agree with point 4 I am also glad to see him go. His tactics cost us again this year in Europe, going out to PSV. If there ever was a game that was there to be won, then that was it. Again just like the UEFA final he shat a brick and let PSV off the hook. I prefer a manager in charge that will at least put up a fight in Europe. I accept against the bigger clubs we will be forced onto the back foot but to keep a 9 man back line without a few trying to break forward is cringe worthy. I also agree on your other points.

    While I agree with you I think you have to remember that Rangers playing area was very small in that game so he was marking in a very small area. It is the games where there is more room that would have me biting my toe nails. To be honest in the few games I saw Whittaker playing at the back last season then I would rather use him for cover and play Broadfoot at RB. Certainly not a first choice pick for central defence I would hope.

    I agree with that Craig. I certainly don't rate him as world class or even top European class. He is good but not great.

    This is the last piece I could find. Feb 19 2011 Rape accused footballer David Goodwillie has had a court appearance cancelled as prosecutors continue to investigate sex attack claims against him. The Dundee United and Scotland striker was due to attend Livingston Sheriff Court next Tuesday to hear the charges against him. The 21-year-old had given an undertaking to appear at the court on the same day as his side face St Johnstone in a crucial SPL match at McDiarmaid Park. But he has now been told he does not have to be there. No new court date has been set and he will remain on bail. I read that a prosecutor fiscal has 6 months to bring someone to trial but as that would be tomorrow it is highly unlikely. As rape is such a serious charge there may be no time scale. Gazza may be able to direct us on this one.

    Has he ever been formally charged?

    Gazza will be able to say better than me but to my knowledge\memory you have to be brought before a judge within 101 days of being formally charged. This may have changed though as it is 32 years ago since I lived in Britain.

    I am afraid I am not going to crawl up his arse making him the greatest thing since sliced bread so. Crapped UEFA final And Fucked up 10-in-a-row have to fit in there somewhere. Certainly his dignity, loyalty and general personality made him an outstanding leader of the club.

    Agree, that is a totally crazy decision. Even people that have to work will stop at 4 and get razzed up before the game. Wednesday after New Year would have been a far better option as almost everyone would be back at work and many of them would be too skint to buy any booze anyway.

    Dutch websites saying that Andreas Granqvist is in talks with Napoli and expect him to sign this week. They are talking about 4.5 million euro's which would probably have put us out the running anyway.
