You forgot to include the 8-10 million we would get for McGregor in your calculation so as I see it we would save quite a bit of money.

Agree totally.

I would have sold him and brought in another keeper. Getting 8 mill+ in the bank and saving 14 mill a week on salary would have been a better option imo. He is a good keeper but there were other options at a cheaper price.

Should change Botany bay for bottomy gay.

The greatest supporters in the world my ass, it would seem that almost every away game these days has the Celtic hooligans causing trouble. They may be the greatest supporters in the world but it is of Terrorism and Hooliganism.

We won't match anything like it.

Kerker was injured as well. He had a sore bum from sitting on the bench.
-
Yes amazing. I wonder how many sitters he also missed in that time, he probably would have more than doubled that tally if he took all his 100% chances.

In the light that we have Laugherty Healy and Jelly then I would prefer to go for a winger I think and was totally impressed by David Templeton of Hearts although I think signing Goodwillie will be a good option as well

£15 you mean.

I would rather have Forrest Gump before any of these.

I am afraid the seats are the last thing I would change unless they are unsafe. I would rather see the plumbing brought up to a level that with two days frost matches have to be cancelled. Safety issues obviously have to be put first and foremost.

Agree Craig and it is paramount the club holds a wage policy that keeps it financially healthy. These championship clubs that are chasing the dream will hit reality in the not so distant future. If a club as Rangers and Leeds can get in difficulty then it is not rocket science to envisage that clubs as Blackpool and Cardiff could easily be sucked in to the same mistakes. Whether Whyte has money or not I am actually pretty impressed how he is running things. Lets face it the two players we lost were not top rank players who were demanding top rank money. Obviously I can only judge Whyte on the surface and not what is lying in the depths.

Looks more like sperma was it a huge negro chef.

I'd take Shaun Wright -philips I think he is a reasonable player. Only downside would be his dad might come to watch him.

I just think it looks so outdated and the news is sometimes quicker in the media than on the OS. Maybe a chat possibility to keep bears on the site.

Making the official Website more hip may also help.

I don't even read bullshit like this if people can't buy booze on matchday they will top up on the day before. It may help a little bit but it won't cut out people drinking before the game.

Hearts star Craig Thomson put on sex offenders' register
pete replied to ian1964's topic in General Football Chat
If the guy himself was 16 then I would agree with you as the female is just a few months younger but the guy is a 20 year old adult and therefore must know that making sexual advances on anyone under 16 is a criminal offence. Obviously he done the same to a 12 year old taking away any doubt of his intentions. Hopefully public opinion will drive him out the game and the Police and social services make sure he never offends again. -
I would prefer to see Celtic getting depth in their squad. How deep is the Clyde?
-
I disagree a bit on saying that players will not play well in their last season because their heart is not in it. I think it has been proven in the past with Kenny Miller and Fernando Ricksen to name 2, that players actually play their best football in that period. Yes we will lose out on some as in Kris Boyd but others will still sign a new contract after their old one has ended, and for probably less than what they would have been looking for a season earlier. Unless we get a good fee for Whittaker i would let him run down his contract and walk away for nothing next season. On the business side of things if we can get 1mill plus for him and replace him with the same or better quality then wave him goodbye. Rangers have his contract, not Whittaker and not his agent and Rangers can decide when or if he goes until it expires.

Good posts Kenzie and Gordy I enjoyed reading them.

Letting Celtic get Scott Brown for the money he is on was a piece of Genius by the Rangers negotiators. You can buy a headless chicken for about 2 pound 50 at the Asda.

I really don't understand why he resigned unless he has another job. As you said in a post if he has resigned then he will probably only have a claim for money up until the resignation. Strange.
