Seeing as this weekend is a Cup Final and an Old Firm Cup Final at that do you want me to try and get this up earlier? Say get it up for Thurs morning instead of Fri? Some of the match debate is already beginning.

I'm sure I remember thinking, the first time Broadfoot was up against McGeady, how much we would miss Hutton. It wasn't that McGeady ripped him apart or anything. But he did seem to have the beating of Broadfoot, however, as is usual with McGeady, after beating his man he didn't have a final ball, any end product. Since then Broadfoot has kept him quiet and if anything it is McGeady who has been taken the piss out of whilst trying to defend.

I'm sure it doesn't affect his impartiality, I was referring more to their usual nonsense. Writing comments to Jeff like "how can you support the most bigoted club in the world bla bla bla" before making up some stories abour our support. It sometimes degenerates into childish namecalling. But still, gotta like the man.

No worries, could try reading the emails they send me instead of deleting them. Jeff Winter is good for a laugh and Rangers are his second team. You would think he'd be above the tit for tat nonsense with the *******s that infest his site, but I guess he wants to give as good as gets and defend "his" club.

Was going through that every week at the start of the year. When one team flops your sitting there hoping another does so it's not quite as frustrating. Who did Peterhead have?

How old is he? I see Malaga are his seventh club. I watch the odd game on SS, but it's usually Barca or Real on, not seen Malaga or Baha before. �£4.5 mil though, I don't see it. Especially not with Hoffenheim flying high in Germany and I'm sure Marseille would appeal greatly to a Moroccan with a French passport.

Normally I would keep a player in if he gets his chance and performs so well. It's harsh on the injured player, but sometimes the manager has to be ruthless. That's football. However, Broadfoot matches up so well against McGeady normally that I would likely restore him to the line up. Unfortunate for Whittaker, especially as he is a confidence player, but we need to do the right thing for Rangers, not just for Steven Whittaker.

It's difficult to pick a player without picking th formation first. 4-5-1 you need a player offering width, playing higher up the park, and supporting the lone striker. In a 4-4-2 you need a more traditional midfield player who will offer more solidity and protection to their fullback. I'm not sure we really have a player who fulfills the latter role. Arguably McCulloch. I like the thought of playing Novo, Naismith or Fleck for various reasons. I wouldn't be too convinved by any of the others. -
Pat Nevin will be distraught at this news. :devil: Agree wuth Frankie, I would be a lot more confident if he was partnering Weir than if Broadfoot had to fill in.
