  1. You can tell how bad it really is when the slitty-eyed gangster is forced in front of the cameras.
  2. Ouch! ?

  4. Brilliant ????
  5. I know what you mean but this time I'd settle for the relaxation of certainty. ?
  6. The Celtic strategy for dealing with a crisis must be enshrined in their Articles of Association. First the fuck up. Then the denial. Followed by the deflection. Finally the fantasy - Wayne Rooney will be taking over from Neil Lennon, so no matter how bad it is now, everything will be fine after the summer when we start the first of our 20 in a row seasons
  7. An impending vacancy we definitely need to be filling soon
  8. there’s no urgency at all. Just thought I’d mention it.
  9. When you spend years accumulating trophies that are effectively uncontested and constantly being fawned over by the media, it's inevitable you start to believe your own hype. Then one day you find things are no longer being handed to you on a plate and suddenly you're fucking up on every front. But you're now so convinced of your infallibility that you're compelled to deny the obvious and the hole you're in just gets deeper and deeper. That's where Celtic are.
  10. It might just be me but I can only see the first few columns of the results database. Looks like a spreadsheet range issue. I'd be very grateful if someone could take a look at it or let me know what I might be doing wrong. Thanks. Edit - on looking more closely, the data is all there but I have to scroll across to see it. The window is very small and only shows about half the data columns.

All the more so because not one of us expected to be looking at anything remotely like the table we see. I look at it in that wonderful combination of surprise and delight. I always remember being at Ibrox on a sunny afternoon when we wrapped up the title against St Mirren in the 1990's and being disappointed at a distinct lack of excitement around me. I can't remember which the NIAR titles it was but familiarity with success had definitely started to have an effect. I hope we never see that again.

Celtic play Livi twice in the next few days. On this showing Celtic will be very lucky to pick up six points.

Just when you think this season couldn’t get any better. I think the only thing left to look forward to is their humiliation in the child abuse courts.
  14. How many Celtic players in their squad tonight will test positive for Covid19 over the next 5 days? I'm going for between 6 and 10.
  15. Sure as night follows day.
  16. I got a couple of tickets for the main stand that night and sat quietly among the sheep. When Hately? scored there must have been at least 50 people around us punching the air. There was an attempt to have some of us leave but in the end I think they took a look at the numbers and gave up. A great night.
  17. Massive. Just at the right time too.
  18. He looks a decent player. For all the supposed rivalry, we've had a habit of picking up good players from Pittodrie over the years.
  19. Watching that video of Andy Goram reminded me of that freezing midweek game at Pittodrie when I watched Aberdeen absolutely hammer us for 90 minutes and the Goalie made amazing save after amazing save. The best goalkeeping display I have ever seen. I think it was Hately who scored a breakaway goal to win the game. Great joy.
  20. This would've been enjoyable whenever it happened but to see them implode like this during their special ten-in-a-row season is just priceless. I'm not saying it makes up for our years in the wilderness but it certainly helps.
  21. You have to hand it to Celtic. When they self-destruct they really put their heart and soul into it.
  22. There's clearly a disconnect between best keeper and favourite keeper because, while there are many favourite keepers (mine is Chris Woods) there is only one best keeper and of course that is Andy Goram. Frankly, it's not even close.
  23. Dammit another one pointer! One goal away from full points, assuming it had been the first one and scored by someone else.
  24. It’s often a tough place to go but not today. That’s was a stroll in the park, it only seems otherwise because we lost a daft goal but in reality we completely bossed it.
  25. Davis all day long for me. At the heart of everything we did.
