  1. Katic looks a more solid defender than Worrell. In my opinion, he's the best central defender we have.
  2. If in doubt, play the victim. It's a yahoo default setting.
  3. I wouldn't hold my breath. More of the same, probably.
  4. We should always beat Hearts at Ibrox. They are beneath us. Good performance for the first hour. Good result.
  5. The list of players we have made bucketloads on is endless. Boumsong and Hutton and erm....
  6. Common sense.
  7. Promoted purely based on his good looks. Shocking!
  8. The atmosphere will be the same as it is for most league matches. Some singing to start off with then it'll be up to the UBs to sing and up to the players to get the rest of the support on our feet. Mon The Rangers!
  9. Speaking of today's match...where's the match thread? I'm nervous about today. I think we'll need to start well. The thought of going 11 points behind Hearts is genuinely hard to comprehend.
  10. We'd probably let him go for £4-5m.
  11. Will the yahoos have their ground closed for making political statements and singing songs glorifying terrorists? Parity and all that.
  12. It's hard to pick one. The Marseille game in 92/93 was something else. The 3-2 game against Celtc in 2012 was also very memorable. The (most recent) Maribor game was also a standout but maybe that's because it was my boy's first Euro game but Ibrox felt immense that night - great feel about the place from start to finish. I just wish to Copland Stand would join in a bit more.
  13. I bet the Watford result ruined a lot of coupons.
  14. That's good to hear. From what I've read, he comes from quite a hard up background, so I hope his family are enjoying his exploits and love attending matches at Ibrox. For the record, I though the atmosphere vs Maribor was better than Thursday. Although the eruption after our penalty was quite something.
  15. Great player to have around. There is room for improvement - especially regarding clinical finishing and temper - but he has been a fantastic signing. The fact our detractors dislike him so much tells its own story.
  16. Spanish sides get the benefit of more access to South Americans. Barcelona and Real Madrid have quite enough fanboys.
  17. They have our gratitude but I'll wait until we win the league before I consider pride to be fully restored.
  18. Not really. We were poor in two away matches and not great in the other two either. Plenty of room for improvement.
  19. "What do you do for a living, dad?". "I attend football matches* and try to hear offensive chants.". "My dad is a twat!". *usually at Ibrox
  20. I'm sure all the kids at Scottish primary schools with Barca merchandise agree. I drop my kid off five days a week and have yet to see a QPR rucksack.
  21. 0-0 on Sunday and HSV won 2-1 tonight. They seem to concede less with Bates in the side.
  22. Agreed, pete. Good show from them, although the repetitive Ultra songs do get a bit tedious. It's a bit crap when you watch German, Spanish, Belgian, British and Italian football and the songs are all the bloody same. Which is why Every Other Saturday, Follow Follow and Derrys Walls should always be sung at Ibrox. It was a great night. It felt a bit like a dream for the last 10 mins of the match and about an hour afterwards. That's what it's all about.
  23. We're getting a bit off topic here. FARE attend our games in order to ensure we behave in a way that suits their yahoo-driven agenda. Their agenda is quite obvious. As soon as we look like winning things again, the usual whining about nasty songs will rear it's head. If it's not TBB, it'll be something else. I'm surprised they haven't whined about us calling King James's rebels 'scum' yet. Surely that's an attack on inclusiveness. FARE can GTF. Bunch of tramps doing BS jobs.
  24. I hope more opposing teams fans bring Irish flags to Ibrox and wave them whilst Rangers stuff them. If we get rid of wind ups and provocation at the football, we may as well go and watch polo or bowls instead. By the way, a few of our fans had Serbia flags when we played Osijek (quite right too, in my opinion), so high horses won't be required.
