Another 2 year deal.

As said before, we seem to be signing most players on two year deals which means will will have the option to renew or walk away when we should be promoted to the top league.

These players are here to help take us up the in the next two seasons - and I can see us making more signings next summer with the transfer ban lifted. THOSE ones will be more for the future, although the current ones will be playing to be part of the long term squad, at least as backup players.

There will not therefore be another Sandaza fiasco. We just keep the good ones.

Berra would improve our defence without a doubt. Get a solid back line, make us difficult to beat and we're halfway there.

Id be happy if we got Berra. Easily good enough for SPL never mind Div2.

Richard Foster wants Rangers to pull off 'massive' Craig Gordon signing

Richard Foster wants Rangers to add Scotland international goalkeeper Craig Gordon for the club's Second Division promotion push.

The former Hearts and Sunderland man is without a club after battling back from serious injury and has been training with Ally McCoist's men this week.

Gordon is available on a free and Foster, who has agreed to return to Ibrox after negotiating an early release from his contract at Bristol City, wants the 30-year-old to join him.

i would hope spfl3 teams would find it hard to beat us.

Yep, in an ideal world. We have seen though - much to the chagrin of those who think that there were and are only neanderthal-footballers in the lower leagues of the Scottish game - that people can actually play decent football down there, and on occasion even beat better teams than you would expect. Even with the people we have now I would assume that we don't go unbeaten or even undefeated through the season, as football never is without surprises. Even though it is amazing that this fact surprises some people old enough to have seen more than 5 games.
