Whatever the numbers that have signed up, I have yet to hear of a movement of fans who are against this.

So, we have 6k to 10k signed up, and the remainder either not renewing or apathetic.

For all intents and purposes it effectively would, just look at Abramovich's ill fated attempts to move Chelsea which fell foul of the Chelsea Pitch Owners.
