Gers look at Jack Rangers could make move for Hartlepool winger Jack Blackford – after naming him in squad for Hong Kong Soccer Sevens

 

The midfielder has been on the books at Victoria Park since he was nine and has played twice for the first team

 

Last year he had a spell on trial with Manchester City’s youth team, while Aston Villa were also linked with a move.

 

In the past he has had loan spells at Whitby Town and Darlington.

 

Blackford will now travel with a Gers youth squad to the HKSS tournament – featuring the likes of West Ham, Leicetser, Marseille and Bayer Leverkusen – which starts on May 26.

 

Also in the squad are Jamie Barjonas and Aidan Wilson, who both recently made their debuts for the first team.

I heard a while back that Graham Park wants to be DoF. We'd be even more of a laughing stock if that were to happen. I know he led the managerial interviews. Don't fancy him or Levein
