Did they have 7/8 regulars out or just 7/8 from their pool.

I don't know how to research this but it would be interesting to actually see a Servette team recorded with all or most of them in the line up.

Looks like Crivelli, Antunes and Frick were the only differences....

I thought it was a load of pish at the time and so it was, I'm guessing they'll have a stronger bench though.

 

It kind of confirms that they're a lower pot UEL side though, we're probably still a high end UEL team I'd say, with aspirations of cementing a 3rd pot in the UCL.

I see hibz beat Swiss side Lucern 3-1 tonight at Easter road in the qualifiers. Lucern finished 4th in the Swiss league last season, 8 points behind Servette who were 2nd. Puts our result last night into perspective

Does it?. If they'd pumped them 5 zip, you'd maybe have a point, but they scored in the last minute.

 

And I've no idea about Swiss football, like most of us, or how both clubs are now in terms of squads and investment etc.
