  4. It's great news but not really a surprise. When Rangers and SD were trading minor court wins last year I said that this was normally what happened when leading up to a negotiated settlement. Both sides were just trying to strengthen their negotiating positions. There was one particular win for SD last year that made me realise we were close to the beginning of the end, and that's turned out to be the case. What is clear though is that we have escaped his clutches at last and it's surely a great day. Dave King deserves so much credit for this and he will definitely have a smug grin on his face today.

  5. At the end of the day , I really don’t care regards who makes our tops or even distributes them , as long as they pony up the money and do everything that they promise in the contract and the club make money , happy days . adidas , puma , Nike , Umbro , Hummel . Every pound they offer is equal to the pound from the other , at the end of the day .

  6. Why? What I'd like to see is the maximum income for Rangers. I couldn't care less what manufacturer's name is on the shirt

  7. Why is no one asking why 1 SPFL club forgo'ed their cash to advance it to 2 other clubs? Why was this done, who was aware of it? What, if any, strings were attached to the "advancements" (Don't call them loans)? Also, if advancements were easily available in 2017 why not now?

  8. I just read the latest SPFL statement out today. Apparently Ann Budge is wrong ... clubs were given "an advance" four years ago ... not a loan. LAUGH OUT LOUD. Who the hell is writing these statements and why did they think that would help?!? They just keep digging themselves a bigger hole. So it's not ok to give clubs a loan but they can get an advance. Wait a minute, I though that they couldn't get an advance. Has anyone else lost track of how many times these halfwits have changed their story. Scottish football is a joke, and the clowns are in charge. I'm so embarrassed and yet I'm just a fan. Imagine actually being on the board. Imagine being the chairman. Imagine being the CEO.

  10. Aye but if we're on percentages, if Nike sell 40k more shirts than Macron then that has to be taken into account (I'm assuming Bisgrove and co know all about that anyway).

  11. Apparently so. Royal blue shirt, with minimal trimmings and a large RFC crest, plain white shorts and black socks with red tops. Sorted.

  12. But the advance was repaid in full. Don't forget that

  13. That was very good viewing - should do this type of Q&A more often. Two young and ambitious guys doing a great job for our club. Long may it continue

  16. Great news. This will prove to be a key step on the way back to the top. Looking forward to a sea of Rangers tops at our next home game.

  18. I'm shocked. I guess some sort of payoff has been made, but even so, it's still great to be finally rid of him. Great news!

  19. It is always interesting to read this, but you wonder where those club's were when the EGM request was cast and where they will be at the EGM?

  20. They've been sponsoring a stand at the Scumhut for years and print the Celtic View, so no real inquisition needed for that question.

  21. Just got a text: apparently the CEO of Dundee Harp FC, who represented the club at today's online SPFL conversazione, by close of play was out the door at Tannadice. Order of the Boot, with immediate effect, etc. One can only speculate: a club heading for the rocks, or a CEO -by the name of Mal Brannigan- up to his knees in malfeasance, maladministaration, malefaction?

  22. That pisses me off. Taking a wage deferral and making out that it's showing some level of loyalty to the club. Yes, it's good in that it defers season ticket renewals, but they're ultimately not going to be out of pocket, so there's no sacrifice and therefore very little loyalty, so please don't crow about it, Mr Gerrard.
