  1. Every Rangers supporter knows he shouldn't have stamped on Porteous, or at least shouldn't have got caught doing it. That's not the point. Once it happened, no amount of pontificating is going to change anything. All that then matters is how the club deals with it behind closed doors and how we as a support react. In my opinion we should always try to pull together and unite around our own. Alfredo Morelos has his flaws but he's our player and has made a huge contribution to our progress, so we give him our backing. In the end it's as simple as that.

  2. even hugh Khevins called it lopsided justice. Honestly rangers fans are the clubs worst enemy at times.

  3. I think you have made your point - that's three times you have called Wednesday night's match winner, who is constantly subjected to fouls and abuse by opposition players, fans and pundits and who does terrific charity work with underprivileged kids in Colombia, a moron. Even intelligent people can react badly when provoked. Morelos can be frustrating at times but multiple insults of that nuture are out of order from a Bear. Honestly are you sure you're one of us (I have my doubts)?

  4. While Morelos is a Rangers player, I will defend anything he does (within reason). The outcry from Ranges fans is due to the blatant double standards. @PoohBear

  5. The time for protest is over Celtic. The time of suffering has now arrived. For all your empty boasts, for all your tainted titles, for all your delusions of superiority ........ lie down and grunt.

  6. Present us this liability evidence? How many games has he cost us due to these actions? How many points has he got us since he came here? Compare those two numbers, and come back to us. I'll be wanting to see your workings.

  7. Dominic McKay's hobby is sailing. He has come a long way from the calm waters of Hogganfield Loch to a couple of trans-Atlantic jaunts. Apparently, his ambition is to circumcise the globe, well that's no skin off my nose. I think he should embark in June, I wish him fair winds. Preparing to Jibe Loyal RSC.

  8. We need 20 points (or 19 assuming we keep our GD advantage). So 7 wins will do it.

  9. Gerrard keeps picking Morelos and he's going to help us win 55. ??

  10. That doesn't explain why we're not playing a league game today like 8 other SPFL teams

  11. He's no moron, it was spur of the moment, mixed in with a wee thought to get that clugger porteus back. If you've played at any level, you'll recognise that side of the game. It's not a witch hunt either, he deserved to go. We move on.

  12. You may call me paranoiac, and a conspiracist, but the New Man will have no need to win friends and influence people in high places. After all, ...It was Lawwell's influence that helped put Ian Maxwell in his role as as chief executive of the Scottish FA and it's been Lawwell's support that's helped Neil Doncaster in his role as chief executive of the SPFL.... It's not often that BBC Sports Scotland's Irishman, English, sees -understands- things the way we see -understand- them; it is probable that he commits such opinion to paper (or to website) even less frequently, but the above italicised paragraph was penned by him. You can read his whole piece at the link below, should you wish. To be fair it is not all gush. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/55864412

  13. Off the top of my head he was suspended for the semi final against Aberdeen which we had to play Sadiq instead. That's not really the point though, he's always getting hooked because he's on the edge of being sent off and he's always got something stupid in his locker. It's just needless, I'd far rather we had a striker that got even by scoring goals than by stamping.

  17. Newcastle beat Everton 0-2. The difference? Newcastle's recent appointment, coach Graeme Jones. Jones has worked with Roberto Martinez for 12 years, from Swansea to Belgium, via Wigan and Everton. You can see the difference straight away: 4-3-3, pressing from the front, little triangles in passing and they actually created chances. It's good management from Bruce, but you have to wonder what the point of him is... ?

  18. It is a witch hunt, has been since he arrived at Rangers. The double standards is frightening, yes he should have been sent off, yes he will get his ban, yes we move on.

  20. That poor man needs help. I wonder if the rest of the quartet had anything t say. They didn’t look as if they were persuaded. I don’t do twitter and I can’t be bothered with blogs and podcasts but do we have gibbering paranoids like that?

  21. "Morelos ensures Rangers avoid the traditional January wobble" is fair enough if tradition covers a couple of years. Rangers, traditionally, were strong league performers when winter came around and the first 2 or 3 month period of the new year was often our best spell in league campaigns.
