Kenny Miller offered new Rangers deal after impressing boss Pedro Caixinha
laudrup11 replied to pete's topic in Rangers Chat
I think it's a no brainer offering Miller a new deal he has been one of our best performers if not our best this season and has plenty left to offer, as for Lafferty I'd rather we looked elsewhere but like the Naismith rumour it doesn't seem to be going away so might be something in it -
agree the defence is performing better just now but still feel a commanding centre half is a must going forward
-
12 month down the line I'd be hoping that we are a fair bit closer in terms of points to them and ahead of Aberdeen. and like Compo I'd hope at the very least we have a commanding centre half.

Rangers scout Frank McParland a golden nugget hunter?...
laudrup11 replied to ian1964's topic in Rangers Chat
Agree with Ian The new signings need time to settle and come to terms with playing for Rangers. Obviously we'd all have loved them to click & gel together as quickly as last seasons side but it is still way too early to be writing them all off -
I agree with that mate Bell doesn't command the box like Foderingham still think he'd be an able deputy though but would have no problem with him being moved on either
-
I think Cammy Bell is a decent shot stopper and would make a good back-up keeper if required, Templeton frustrates live out of me can see he has talent but lacks the mental toughness to play for Rangers

100% the right thing to do Well done Frankie -
Chris Eagles did he not reject us a few year back thinking he was better than the SPL level ?
-
I'd take Vuckic back he'd add to the team
-
I didn't mean that Numan would be expensive mate I just meant that i don't see current board looking at options other than the ones being linked already that are currently unemployed
-
As much as I'd love to see an Arthur Numan type appointment i think we'll end up with a cheap option probably from list of names being tipped Butcher, McCall and Shiels and so on! Hopefully it wouldnt be any of them though As an outside option id consider Gary Locke felt he handled Hearts situation well and had a young team playing and fighting for each other which has benefitted Hearts this season
-
I agree with this and we all know there won't be a quick fix to all our problems the appointment of a board of people all working and striving in right direction will be a huge step in right direction! I believe Dave King knows who will be with him when he gains control and I think Mr King is happy to be in spotlight where others would prefer to remain in background for time being! Like many others my only fear is what kind of position both on & off the park we'll be in by time the change happens

I wasn't keen on the signing purely because i felt it would mean a route one type approach this season, but i've been impressed with the big mans attitude and performance level so far and hope he continues to shine! Like a few others i'd like to see him and Clark given a run of games together

Good luck to them Both I'm sorry to Bocanegra go from initially thinking he was a pointless signing he quickly became a big part of the team.

Think I already follow a few on here @kenashdow

Not overly keen on the idea of this happening but have heard that we have approached Darren Barr from Hearts

Charles wants ally to sack his backroom team.

Neil Warnock with Nigel Spackman as number two is rumour I have heard -
I'd like to see Arthur Numan and Giovanni Van Bronckhorst as a duo in charge of Rangers but sadly I don't see that happening anytime soon If Ally is to be replaced we'll end up with someone like Jim Jeffries or Kenny Shiels to try get us up through the divisions imho
