We could really do with Waghorn finding form or Garner getting a few goals. Worrying how few goals we've scored lately

Feels like as long as they've got their 4 old firm games a season then they are happy. This across the board hatred of Rangers might even be driving attendances up as well, albeit it at our games

Just read a tweet that said we haven't kept a clean sheet away from home since Feb this year against QOTS, and conceded 19 goals away from home since winning only 1 game. Hopefully we can end this run tonight. We are more than capable of 3/4-0 tonight but we have to earn it, everyman at their absolute best.

The Champions League is already stale and boring. I haven't really been interested in the group stages for a long while. And even the latter stages throw up the same fixtures year on year. It needs a massive overhaul but they want the complete opposite. They would be delighted with Barca, Real, Bayern and 1 other in the semi's every year. An atlantic league could be great for the Scottish game but the bosses wont like it now they've got their minimum 4 OF fixtures back

As much as I love the look of that team I just can see MW going with Miller, McKay and Waghorn upfront. Its a pity we don't know our best 11 just yet as the only way I see us going on a run is if we get a settled side.

He's going to go Wes and LW but I wouldn't be disappointed if he never as both should be good enough to come in

Pretty harsh on McLeish who took over and ended his Scotland career with a 70% win record beating the French on their own patch. We also were excellent against Italy. Not sure Walter would've done much better

Wallace should pull out of that squad until he finds his form. He's far to easily beaten just now, doesn't look as athletic as he did last season though he's not the only one and he'll only get more abuse anyways. I think our captain could do with a few weeks out tbh, it looks like hes playing with an injury, something about his movement is different from last season. Although parts of his pre match speech before the sheep game were hairs raised on the back of your neck stuff, his performance was below his standards again. McKay seems as if he's going in the right direction, I just wish he'd look like he was up for a fight because the boy could be anything he wants to be. Right now he's not looking like wanting to be a Rangers player. Wee bit more courage wee man

We really need to go on a run of games. We've had no luck lately and it's brutal watching us continue to drop points. I agree we need a change in formation with us going with 2 up top as this 4-3-3 isn't working when we need a goal.

Absolutely love that Lee Wallace interview, sounds like we will be well up for Sunday. I actually think we'll give Aberdeen a doing on Sunday. They'll come at us and if we've the right energy levels in the first 11 we can have a go. We are due an early goal. The season starts here!!

He's just told Times Live that he hopes to play in a few more Old Firm matches. Can't see it myself

I think we need to put this Barton issue to bed and focus on the 3 points today. Its an absolute must or the gaffer will be under a lot of pressure. I hope we come out the traps, get an early goal and put on a decent display though id take a last minute goal and the three points right now. MW isn't going to do a lot of talking about JB today, he'll be asked questions but it'll be dealt with on Monday. Hopefully the rest of the boys get themselves fired up for a must win game

We are due to click surely?? I just really hope the atmosphere isn't flat after the poor start to the season. No league has ever been won in the first 5 games. Brenda seems the arrogant type to think that it might be over already. Lets keep the pressure on Celtic and await their poor run of form so we are ready to take advantage. A few of the guys really need to step up though!!!

Getting a bit fed up of this Barton side show. I think he's a very capable player but hasn't been fit for us. He should've got out of his media commitments and got a full pre season under his belt. Turning up on the 1st July 2 weeks or so behind the rest of the boys and it shows. Get off Twitter for a few months, do your talking on the park! Give him a fresh start Monday and hope he comes back a footballer instead of a personality

I thought it before the international break. We don't look fit. Barton not having a pre season. Niko. Senderos. They can't stroll it up here. The league over and that's a disgrace with a game hand

I agree completely. Get the guys in and work on what's went wrong so far. Get the guys who still aren't fit fitter. They've had the first few weeks off, get them grafting.

Right now we are lacking in real quality. We aren't going to challenge Celtic without some real investment. We've signed some good players but Celtic are still a fair bit ahead

That was the worst 45 mins under Warbs we've played imo. First half we were dreadful. Folk moaning that Wallace isn't in the Scotland squad, LH must be wondering why he's on the bench. Captain or not he has been woeful this season. McKay and Barton need dropped. I think about 20 mins passed in the 2nd half where Miller was anonymous. To win this league we needed to come out the traps flying! Our first 4 games were against relegation fodder and we've looked average against all 4. To go into this Old Firm behind them is a disgrace considering we'll have played a game more. Celtic are going to rip us a new one. Folk moaning that teams are raising their game against us, thats what happens when you play for Rangers. I actually think there's an argument for playing 4-4-2 but it won't happen. Our midfield is non existent. It's sad but we don't look up for the fight at all. Mr King might need to spend some actual money next summer

We've a home game in the cup. Let's give that our full attention before we go anywhere. We've no right to compete in this league, we have to earn it. Right now we are far from earning it. When the Rangers captain is amongst the players needing dropped suggests we have problems

Another massive game tonight. Win this and we go to the piggery on top of the pile and put pressure on them tomorrow. Hopefully the performance levels improve tonight and if they do we should see no problem seeing off a poor Killie team. I reckon Frankies team will be pretty close. Perhaps McKay will play with Miller out wide and Garner through the middle. I'd be happy with the new boys starting. Get them game time. Looking forward to it

There has been an awful lot of chat about this Celtic game and possible scenarios with regards to it. We still have 2 important competitive fixtures before that starting with Killie tonight. I think we'll be in a better place to judge a starting 11 after these two games and a few of the boys should be up to full fitness and back from injury then.

I felt we played better after the subs came on on Saturday so I'd like to see some changes for Friday. I'd go with Miller on the left and McKay on the right with Garner through the middle from the off. I'd also bring in Nico for Halliday. We need our big names playing before we go to the piggery.
