    We just seemed to lose any momentum we had after the Cardoso incident and Pedro being sent to the stand. We were devoid of ideas and several players seemed to give up.

    I know we haven't got much else but Windass is so frustrating. Two good chances and he passbacks to their keeper. Pena is a waste of a jersey so far.

    The argument for the defence of Windass seems to be "he is rubbish but he is showing signs of being less rubbish so leave the poor boy alone".

    Windass has been fairly awful so far, surely give someone on the bench a chance?

    It helps if you've got a Ronaldo or a Gareth Bale in your side. Portugal were successful when they had Eusebio.

    Yes I remember that tie. Cost 10 bob to get in - a new high. Gento skipped down the wing and crossed for Puskas to score after much huffing and puffing from Rangers. Got gubbed in Spain but Puskas said Alec Willoughby was a real prospect. Unfortunately Willoughby never reached his full potential.

    To be fair Pena was lucky not to be given a second yellow after arming the ball into the net. Pena still to show he is worth his transfer fee.

    We have Declan John to thank for that turnaround. He was our only player to up his game after a terrible start.

    I remember those infamous film snippets from the hotel bar that the Scotland team used during the WC campaign in Argentina. The Anglos seemed to rule the roost, laughing, joking and boozing after an embarrassing result. The camera panned to Roughie, DJ and some other home based player sitting meekly at a table with their drinks in front of them.

    All depends on results and where we are come Christmas. If we are toiling outside the top three then I think Pedro is gone.

    Pena has got to improve, his touch looks as bad as Kenny's. If not give the boy Barjonas a try. He looked good at the end of last season.

    We need Candeias tracking back on the right to help Tav and Jack stop Tierney and Sinclair. On the left we need similar for Roberts and Lustig, hopefully John and Jack with Miller??? Then we've only got Dorrans to cover Celtic's midfielders breaking. We need at least 3 midfielders. I don't see Pena as a defender.

    Miller is a certainty to play, and we are short in midfield. Pena would be a big risk to start and Holt is too lightweight,
