good to see someone in place hopefully the guy can bring a few players in

what grounds are there to null and void the contract at this stage? The law will see him as innocent until proven guilty, so his coming criminal case will have zero bearing. The club must be arguing that the contract is null and void on another issue, I would guess that whoever signed the contract on the clubs behalf did so under duress or some similar issue.

he will win easy. but if he then loses the bigger case and is found guilty we will have the right to get the costs back I would think. Only problem is by then he will of took bankruptcy .

think you are right about one thing. You do lack ambition. Without knit picking and examination the team will not get better and the foundations we are building will be full of holes. Look at Mayweather technically one of the best boxers of all time but he will never be remembered in the same breath as the likes of Tyson and ali. Simply because he has a habit of doing just enough in matches and coasting against easy opposition That and the fact people talk about our deficiencies as well as our positives just makes it a well rounded discussion, not moaning. We do only play for twenty minutes lately and the poor defending is not just a result of the tactics. The third for st johnstone for example was poor technical ability from Wilson not tactical. The goal lost from the corner at the weekend and at the st johnstone game is not a one off or just the result of a wonder goal it is the beginning of a pattern that so far has not been fixed even though its an easy fix. The defending at times has been very sloppy not just in a positional sense but individually. If we want to reach our former levels of glory while playing this new style we need to sharpen up and ensure we start the way we mean to go on. On top of that only hassling the opponents and chasing the ball when we don't have possession for at most twenty minutes of each game might be enough for this poor league but it makes for bad habits and poor foundations that will be copied by each new acquisition .

Gordon Waddell: In the greediest economy on the planet...

and how exactly are you supposed to negate the consequences of lowering your income dramatically as a business while continuing to attract custom on a growing basis in the short term? All the while you have to explain to your customer base why their expenditure is going to benefit others in the face of a declining product ,all because the other teams cant do it themselves! Guy is a complete idiot trying to understand that which he does not have the ability to comprehend. Should spend his time trying to make the game more interesting through the written word with imaginative articles instead of always going for the shock and awe approach -
Listen to this bitter bitter man Peter Houston

the way he talks you would think the ref gave all decisions to rangers! he makes up an offside so he doesn't need to send their keeper off! gave up half way through, enjoy your ban mr Houston -
Rangers "hamstrung" by Charles Green legal bid...
trublusince1982 replied to ian1964's topic in Rangers Chat
I would imagine he wrote the wording along with his buddies to cover the worst case scenario for himself. For me having this in his contract shows he was under no illusion in what he was doing. He had the foresight to protect the back door so to speak. The best way to protect himself from people within the club who would take offence and action against what he was doing, would be to show any legal ramifications / action against himself would financially hurt the club, a club which he obviously fully intended to keep in financial hardship with his little cartel of supporters. The law can be manipulated by those with the will and foresight, hopefully in this case it falls apart and the law shows some backbone. -
a centre back who has the sense and strength to lean on the attacker when hes running through on goal like the third for st johnstone would do me

doesn't need to be a specific job title just a wage for being. In Goughs case ambassador is the only job available since he doesnt live here. Can't see him doing much work ,maybe just a yearly visit to narsa for the wage.
