    I must be the only one who thinks he looks fine. The kits are deceiving, we had the same last year, long baggy shorts, loose fitting collars etc, the strips are extremely poorly designed/made. Leave the big fella alone, he is fine!

    No, not really mate. I don't believe Deila meets my criteria. He is a nobody, someone for Liewell and his board to bully and do things their way. I'm not really a big fan of Mourinho tbh mate so probably not that either. No names atm, i would need to have a right good sit down and think about it.

    Anyone would be a huge improvement, and i mean anyone. I still think we should be expecting better than Del McInnes who was outdone by Stuart McCall last year and had treble McCalls budget to play with! We need someone intelligent, bright, energetic and ambitious. Someone bold and not afraid of opponents weak and strong. Someone who wants to rebrand this football club and make themselves a living legend at the club. I am not convinced a manager like that lies in Scotland.

Does that mean no scouts and no networking until we appoint a CFOO? Also meaning the board themselves are actually unable to put together a scouting network by themselves? Frightening if i am reading that right.

    Why would the Rangers board tell VBs what they refuse to tell season book holders, shareholders and other larger supporters associations? I would be amazed if the media people at the club did not warn the members of the board who participated all about the VBs. Perhaps their reputation went before them?

    MON spent an absolute fortune though mate. His management style is everything that is wrong with football. Spend until there's nothing left and then move on to spend someone elses money. Tried to reply to your pm mate but your inbox is full.

    Correct, i have never seen so many players not listen to what their manager and coaches say to them as i have at Rangers in the last 3 years.

    Belgium were huge let downs. Poor manager and players with a dreadful "look at me" attitude. They have however in the last 5 to 10 years brought through some undoubtedly good players though but their stinking attitude almost reminds of the Dutch of old. Continual improvement won't work at Rangers, not whilst Celtic are topping up their trophies and titles as we "continually improve" We must be able to improve at the same time as being successful and dominant. I have watched our kids play 4-4-2 and then graduate to the first team and be expected to play 4-5-1. it's unfair on them.
