I'm not sure what I make of the RSA - anyone know what their membership is and can tell me a bit more about them? They don't seem to be ingulfed in internal politics and ego - and seem to be a genuinely altruistic organisation with the club and its supporters' best interests at heart. But I might be completely wrong. Do they have any kind of 'influence' anywhere?

Can you kindly quote examples of the influence the RST has had directly over Rangers? I'll ridicule a joke organisation if I see fit. No insult taken, even if it was intended. I am no sceptic, I am a critic of things which I deem to not be in the club's best interests. I praise where it is due and criticise where it is likewise. There are plenty on this forum and others a lot more 'negative' than I. And I would never deny or criticise their right to be so. Ditto those who are positive.

Probably a draw tbh. Good enough result for us. We're gathering some momentum but we've struggled at Ibrox in all the big matches we've played there - Hearts, Malmo, Maribor. Our home record this season isn't up to much.

Atletico were weakened considerably with the loss of De Gea, Forlan and Aguero. I don't know too much about their signings other than Falcao who they paid a staggering £35M for given they're not exactly a top brass club. But anyone who thought for even a second that Celtic could get even a draw last night was absolutely mad. They're in that tournament by default and luck - and they will struggle to get a point in the entire group stage.

I still don't actually know what to make of all this. Clearly Bain resents being fired/suspended to the level that he wants to sue for over a million. What does it matter to him if Rangers go under and can't afford the payment? Bain isn't a Rangers man - sees us as a company he has an axe to grind with, whether he's right or not. I hated him when he was our employee, but tbh, the current regime isn't doing a fucking lot better quite honestly. Whyte hasn't put his money where his mouth is, and we actually seem financially in a worse position than under SDM. The only difference is we're no longer in debt to Lloyds, we're in debt to someone else instead.
