  1. Rangerspedia - an encylopedia of all things Rangers. Celtic Paedos - A statement of fact.
  2. Not deleted, just one of the admin/mod team has moved it. Not a lot of mdoeration goes on here really as most posters are pretty sensible. 1 thread per topic is more than enough though.
  3. The only one taking petty issue with comments on Boyd in this thread is you. In fact, needlessly ruining the entire thread. But keep up the good work.
  4. Almost relieved they lost. Could imagine some of the nonsense about Walter had they won.
  5. So now whenever we reproduce something from another website or non Gersnetter we're whoring that material are we? I think you're showing yourself up a bit. Just admit you dislike of Boyd is irrational for a Rangers fan and we'll leave it there.
  6. I fail to understand why there has been growing support for wabash's views on this since he joined the forum. All he does is deny everything that is written, said and reported. He just says everything is rubbish. "No that isn't happening. No one is interested in buying the club. No one has spoken to Murray". It appears to me that there is far too much going about in the media and online for it all to be a figment of our imaginations.
  7. Did you require SCREEBS research to understand and appreciate Boyd's awesome goalscoring record?
  8. Great for us neutrals.
  9. I think your just being sensitive because it's your profession. It's fucking scandalous nothing got done about those situations and nothing will convince me otherwise. Nobody tried looking, because if they did, they would have been found easily.
  10. Well said as always from the wee man.
  11. The lack of cover in our squad whilst Celtic have plenty is a valid argument. But has Maloney shown any form since returning from Villa?
  12. Strange post for this thread with you the one going on the attack.
  13. No away goal rule in this though is there?
  14. SCREEBS has finally updated so i've updated the first post on the thread. Shame he's possibly scored his last goal for Rangers.
  15. Thought that must be the case. Though some do seem to be preparing the champagne ahead of a couple of departures.
  16. Do the first two, Smith and Beasley fall into the minimal contribution category whilst Boyd, Boogie and Wilson are the one's who dont want to be here? Frankly i'm amazed that anyone could claim to be happy about the latter three leaving, but maybe you mean you are resigned to them leaving? At least Boogie/Wilson sales should provide funds for replacements.
  17. Was going to post the very same in response to Totti. His own fans do not rate him at all and would gladly get shot.
  18. Even if he's been average he's still been better than Brown.
  19. Why wasn't the insider info passed on!
  20. Here you've said nothing and your follow up post is equally lacking in substance so it's quite comical the way you responded to craig as if you're "winning" the debate.
  21. It's not just transfer fees, it's wages. And it's not just about one individual transfer. If we keep Boyd we don;t need to speand a million on a replacement and can keep that money for other signings. It doesn't need to be Boyd or a new player necessarily and getting rid of Boyd for nothing does not represent good football or financial sense no matter how anyone aims to paint it. Whilst our 4 other strikers might have a better all round game, their contribution to the cause and to our success is less than Boyd with the possible exception of Miller. You cannot just dismiss his goals as nigh on nothing because the other strikers are stronger in other areas.
  22. I missed the game so only commented on his farcical analysis of the incident Ian posted. As for Walker being fair, that's bs. He's shocking and in a video which shows a clear dive and he tries to defend it I think that's a perfect example of his normal behaviour. If he did praise us most the game then that is a change from the norm for Walker.
  23. Thanks for telling me we can both have opinions on why his form has detiorated. I'm not the only one to suggest that arguement. Oh and Boogie's form never changed? How do we know? Boogie, Davis and McGregor are in different situations anyway so not really a comparison. Davis/McGregor have been subject to piss all speculation really, compared to Boyd and both have decent length contracts and are first names on the team sheet wanted by the manager. Boogie, it appears, doesn't want to be here anyway. I think it's obvious to see why boyd's situation is more difficult psychologically. His form has gone back to normal, not declined. I laugh at the idea that you support Boyd as much as lafferty in particular and the rest of the team. You always look at Boyd from a negative angle which is odd from a Rangers supporter.
  24. The inference here is that those who support him are blinded by his goals and that is unfair. We can all see he is not the complete player and has many faults, but then that describes every player at Ibrox. You decide a player's merit or worth to the team based upon their overall attributes; their strengths and weaknesses. To be so blase about one of the msot important aspects of the game, scoring goals, is frankly astounding. Whilst we might prefer a Cousin/Prso to Boyd, we would also prefer Hutton to any of our fullbacks, to have Cuellar at centre back, a midfielder of Fergie's quality in midfield. But the reality is our financial situation dictates we cannot hold onto the top quality players. I don't see why we are talking solely about replacing Boyd with a Prso anyway. We would prefer that quality of striker to Miller, Novo and Lafferty too. So getting rid of our number 1 or 2 striker for no money makes no financial or footballing sense. Oh and Walter's loyalty to Boyd, I assume that part was a joke?
