He is an "outlier", not your regular run of the mill manager. You never know what you will get next.... but as a throwback... he reminds me a little in his attitude of Advocaat - remember we were getting pumped at Parkhead and Advocaat brought a striker on for a defender and we got pumped 6-2 ?? Rannhimself into the ground for the team today, and got his just rewards !!
