  1. I'd rather we signed some talented South Korean players.

  2. He may have only came to Rangers because we offered him certain contract clauses. Also, £5m transfer profit in a few months is pretty good going. As for Football Insider (source of above story), they're full of crap.

  5. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotland-67204915 STAYC - K-pop group in Rangers top 'mix-up' at Texas gig IMAGE SOURCE, ROBERTBABBLE Image caption, The group appeared in the Glasgow Rangers tops instead of Texas Rangers A popular K-Pop band appears to have made a mix-up by donning retro Rangers tops at a show in Texas. STAYC were performing in Dallas as part of their US tour. But instead of wearing local baseball team Texas Ranger's tops, the girl group appeared in 1990s kits worn by Glasgow Rangers. The six-piece group which has found success in Korea and Japan are currently embarked on their Teenfresh world tour. K-pop star Jisoo announces break-up with actor Members Sumin, Sieun, Isa, Seeun, Yoon, and J made their debut in 2020 with the release of their album Star to a Young Culture - which is the group's acronym. IMAGE SOURCE, GETTY IMAGES Image caption, Paul Gascoigne and teammate Ally McCoist pose with the trophy after Rangers won the Scottish Coca Cola Cup Two of the pop stars were photographed wearing Rangers 1996-97 home shirts at their concert on Thursday. That season Rangers won the Scottish Coca Cola Cup after a thrilling 4-3 game at Celtic Park against Hearts. Meanwhile, Texas Rangers have reached their first World Series since 2011. They are the oldest Major League Baseball team to never win the world series. Despite the mix-up, Glasgow Rangers fans on social media voiced their approval of STAYC's fashion choice, with one fan saying: "Rangers are the kings of K-Pop". Other celebrities who have been spotted sporting Rangers attire includes boxing legend Mike Tyson, movie star Samuel L Jackson and celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay. US rapper Snoop Dogg has also regularly been pictured wearing Celtic kit - while Baywatch star David Hasselhoff rarely misses an opportunity to pull on the kit of another Glasgow club, Partick Thistle. But this is not the first time a K-pop band has chosen to don a Glasgow football top. In 2018 two members of the nine-piece boy band Stray Kids appeared wearing retro Celtic jerseys in the music video for their song "My Pace". STAYC will be appearing at Wembley to perform alongside other K-pop stars for Korea on Stage In London on 8 November.

  8. It's not about that though is it, kpop is getting huge in the west now. Korean entertainment and culture in general tbh. Strike while the irons hot I say. That and a lot of the younger kids at Ibrox will be familiar with kpop with bands like blackpink and BTS etc. These artists are selling out Wembley and the Rose bowl so they must be doing something right.

  13. Brentford signed Mark Flekken for £11 million Chelsea signed Djordje Petrovic as their reserve keeper for £14 million Crystal Palace signed Dean Henderson for £15 million plus. I'd be hoping that we get well in excess of £5 million. Exactly!

  14. Think Fenerbache paid around 5 million for Livakovic from Dinamo, the Croatia #1. So if we got 5 million for Butland we would easily find a replacement. Someone posted some stat on twitter/X the other day (cant find it sorry) that his save rate is at 80% is the best in the league and is elite level. That certainly backs up what I have seen from him so far. Hope he stays.

  15. City were a bit sluggish at the weekend United won with a goal that Sir Bobby would have been proud to score and a good game at the bridge between the pensioners and gunners a pleasant draw , but Ange’s charges are leading the field by a clear two points . And my toffees lost the Derby mind you playing ten against twelve is always difficult

  18. Davie mackinnon was only at Rangers 1982-86 IIRC. John Greig signed him but after he left in 1983 Jock Wallace returned. After Souness took over in 1986 MacKinnon was released. His time at Rangers was one of the least successful periods in the history of Rangers. Be an interesting read & I wonder if he’ll shed any light on anything that went on during his time at Rangers
