  1. I was just thinking about some fans who think it was wrong for the club to reduce to reduce the away ticket allocation in this fixture, I personally think it is the correct decision, and that performance & result proves the reduced number of Rangers fans doesn't really have any bearing on the teams performance!.

  3. If interest from Arsenal is serious then they can pay serious money. They paid £25 million for a left back with a well known glass ankle and who has barely kicked a ball since her arrived. They can afford to pay top dollar so let's force them to if it comes to it.

  4. The PQ take on ra Sellik forwards is very much rehabilitation of offenders. Leigh Griffiths is a convicted racist, it is NEVER mentioned. Similarly, Leigh's depression is NEVER quantified, only sympathy is offered, quickly followed by an expression of solidarity in Leigh defeating his demons. A quick recovery would benefit ra Sellik, but we are continually reminded the national side would be a beneficiary too. Further, French Eddy has a conviction back in France for possession of a firearm. Maybe Ryan Kent's celebration was alluding to something that PQ's strict adherence to Hollicom PR will NOT allow it to confirm. Compare and contrast with Gang Hut reactions to both Morelos and Defoe. Both Big Dick and Liam McLeod rhyme off the Morelos charge sheet on most occasions. I do not believe they have ever mentioned his charity foundation? A young black man, several thousand miles from home elicits no empathy, let alone sympathy. Dandy Dons players admit to learning lines of Spanish to play with his emotions, the reaction is very much, 'all part of the game'. Dandy Dons fans hold up a banner in Spanish claiming Alfredo's 'Mother is a mattress': time for a snigger. They have had a couple of co-ordinated goes at Defoe too. A model pro for twenty years, and the Gang Hut decide twice that they've discovered he leaves the foot in and indulges in simulation(last season's final old firm game at Ibrox). The Ryan Christie is awkward for some senior members of the Gang Hut, they have eulogised him constantly, some already nominating him for Player of the Season. The Compliance Officer citing the former Dandy Don loanee, is a collective testes of the Gang Hut conscience.

  5. A disservice to said animal. Dunno, maybe Mrs. CO is fed up with that arrogant chap from the East End and now, as the tide is seemingly turning, takes up her own stance here? Same with the Mark Ralston massacre of Clancy's refereeing? Maybe I'm just cynical, but it would be rather archetypical clan-Scottish to fall in with the probable victors. ?

  6. I'm not disputing that is what they are saying Ian. Next year 2021 I'll have been following Rangers home and away for 50 years and I have never seen a referee show a yellow card twice to the same player for the same incident, in fact I don't recall ever seeing that in ANY televised game, so forgive me for being frank in saying that's the biggest load of shite I've ever read/heard.

  7. Any idea what the cost would be?. There is already good Sky/BT cameras in a lot of matches, why not have a monitor pitch side for the 4th official/assistant ref & managers? obviously not all games are covered but it's a start.

  8. The point is, that is against the new rules, no player should be made to walk around the pitch when it is a high risk match, such as v's them, where it may endanger the player, you would think a referee would know the rules, and in fact Davis was the only player that was made to do this.

  9. Can you see clubs like Hamilton or St Johnstone or Ross County volunteering to pay for VAR? You can hear them now ... "if Rangers and Celtic want VAR, let them pay for it". Neither the SFA nor the SPFL has any money so, unless UEFA is prepared to subsidise the introduction of VAR into member Associations, I think it's likely the VAR issue will only confirm Scotland's place in UEFA's second tier for backward nations.

  16. I´d remind the Scottish media that only a month or so back, Christie was sent off at Livingston for violent conduct and booked last week for diving. He´s now grabbing players by the haw maws. When do we see the appropriate narrative to all Ryan Christie coverage as per we have seen with Alfredo Morelos ?

  17. Yes it is in question. If he was Yellow carded as appears from the commentators response on the footage and the actual footage we can see with our own eyes then why is it merely a yellow card considering it is a punch in the face off the ball an incident which is normally associated with a red card for violent conduct? If Brown IS yellow carded here then the yellow he picks up a few minutes later is his second and he should be sent off. If Brown isn't yellow carded here he should be subject to retrospective action by the Compliance Officer as the referee hasn't seen a clear red card incident for violent conduct. It seems to me that your pragmatic explanation of 'he wasn't yellow carded' to explain the situation doesn't match either the footage or the events thereafter.

  19. Whether the weather was nice or not is neither here nor there. Brown was on a yellow and should have been booked for shoving Tav, which would've been a second yellow and a sending off. The wee scrote gets away with murder and has done for years.

  21. Aaah, the 'sports psychologist' Mr Tom Lucas. Mr Lucas used to be in charge of a Council rent office, somewhere in Glasgow, where a friend of mine happened to work Having met Mr Lucas, the stories of his lack of professional competence, are quite frankly, believable; the best of which involves the 'sports psychologist' letting, ie giving the tenancy of, a Council house ( a scarce resource, then, as now) to a dozen or so pedigree cats.

  23. I can see the astonishment levels from folks raised in a club tradition whereby it's perfectly normal to grasp the genitalia of the younger members of the team. Alfredo is not a willing catamite and I hope ra Sellik put forward the defence of conditioning.

  25. To support that this is just one comment from kiddydale st today, an example of many in the same vein. Are we stupid enough to give them what they want? I hope not and I seriously doubt it. But I enjoy the hilarity of their great hope that we will sell off our team they can't compete with. Now that's desperation.

  26. Given King has previously stated that we wouldn’t accept any offers for Morelos I would contend that we ARE in a position to be knocking back huge bids, at least until the summer. Highly doubt we sell any crucial squad members given yesterday’s result and that we are now truly in with a chance of securing the title

  27. When the BBC want to pay that little bit of extra attention to a Sports story, catching that embryonic spark suggesting a different development; they ask Rob Bonnet to capture the essence. Bonnet is across the broadcast medium, whether it's radio, TV, or social media. A man in his mid sixties, he brings a certain gravitas. The Steven Gerrard phenomenon is of huge interest to the whole of the UK and beyond. In eighteen short months, he has taken the proverbial sleeping giant and provided the necessary electricity to power a title challenge. Twenty-eight European matches have been played in the same time period, only three having been lost. Such stirrings have been noted and are genuinely worthy of Rob Bonnet's attention. Among the BBC nations and regions, etiquette governs the approach. Currently, we are in the fifth year of the PQ Gang Hut managed dispute. They take our license fees without providing a service. Strict adherence to supporting a Journalist who has had his press credentials withdrawn, ensures Rob Bonnet cannot interview Steve Gerrard. Now, Rangers supporters and other interested parties get less value for their license fees. BBC Scotland's Chief Sports Correspondent is Chris McLaughlin. Etiquette demands Rob Bonnet must speak to the Ghoul of Hinshelwood reference Gerrard's burgeoning success. It was his best Grassy Knoll stance, Gerrard has improved Rangers, but Rangers remain a long way behind. Chris illustrated this by mentioning yesterday's victory was only the second at ra Stade de Gadd in this decade. McLaughlin gripped his comfort blanket tightly, pointing out the financial gulf between both clubs, after Rangers 2012 liquidation. I know, there's a contradiction right there; it's our first victory in seven years, and we did not compete in the same division for four of those years. However, to articulate the conclusion of his own rationale means he has to add Rangers supporters' beliefs, and Chris cannot do that. Rangers supporters must NOT have a voice on the national broadcaster. McLaughlin's latest squeeze, Eilidh Barbour has left him, she prefers the taste of axminster. The time has come for PQ to leave Chris behind too.
