Sorry Del but Jim saying he is voting to end the Union is NOT anti-British IMO. There are many who will vote independence because many Scottish people are sick of being ruled by the English - that in itself is definitely NOT anti-British but a desire for the Scottish people to rule themselves. I fail to see what is wrong with people wanting to take their destiny in their own hands. If you are not anti-British Del and want to sing RB and GSTQ that is your prerogative - but why not then start singing Flower of Scotland - or are you being anti-Scottish ? I do however agree with you about the arseholes singing the "chosen" words and that it is an attitudinal thing - they want to stic 2 fingers up to the authorities - well I hope they will be proud of themselves when our club loses multiple millions of pounds in lost revenues from European football.

Couldn't agree more Cammy. I was going to reply in your thread about fighting the war on two fronts but will just do so here. The RST yet again take the lead and thankfully are trying to be pro-active with the issue rather than firefight it and be reactive. That is the good part - that the RST have seen the need to not just try to deal with last week's events but to take the initiative and (hopefully) once and for all get all relevant parties round the table to resolve what the issues are (now if only the moronic element of our support will also take heed.....). However, the negative is that this WONDERFUL initiative from the RST is something which should be done by the management of our club - this is a RANGERS issue first and foremost yet here we have people who are VOLUNTEERING their services to a fans group who are achieving, or at least attempting to achieve, a whole lot more than the highly paid management of our club. Personally I think it is an absolute disgrace that the club didn't think up this initiative - and it really does make you wonder what some of them are actually doing to earn their wages. But that won't deflect the wonderful work of the RST. Again, nothing but praise for the RST - I am glad and proud to be a lifetime member (speaking of which, Frankie, I got my interim annual report in from the share I got through RST - however, I have changed address - you don't by any chance know who I need to speak to in order to get my address changed do you ?).

Up until the weekend's games we had taken 1 more point that them since WS took over (I think). So now....we have taken 4 points more than them since WS took over. It is those shocking points dropped at home which have cost us - the loss to ICT and draw against Motherwell in October have cost us 5 points right there, that would have pulled it back to 8 points just with those 2 results being wins. We probably have significantly more points that the Tims if you look at results against the other top 6 teams - we have dropped points against all the dross though !

Make sure it is between Aug 21 and Sept 9 Frankie as I will be back home then. Wait, Aug & Sept - is that not winter back home ?
-
cheers Fraser, I forgot about these games and when I realised the time diff is only 3 hrs just now I headed straight home to watch them - good lad !
-
In the last couple of months he has played much better and I think that some of that is down to confidence - he had a couple of good games, not as many fans on his case - but his good form also seems to have coincided with WS taking over the reins. Long may it continue - because in his current form he is more than a squad player - however, he would do well to remember that you are only as good as your last game.

I agree completely Gribz. Not often that a guy who scores a hat-trick doesn't deserve MOTM but IMO Hutton was our star performer on Sat.

IMO we will see sections of the ground closed for Euro ties first and it will then lead onto being banned from Europe. The fear I have though Ian is in your last sentence - I actually think that even if we get banned from Europe it WON'T STOP the idiots - they will still sing what they like !

I guess the downside is that if we don't drop points between now and the split they then can win the league by avoiding defeat against us at Ibrox.

Can you tell the wife is back in the UK with all the footy I have been watching ??? Anyway, sitting watching the Boca vs Gimnasia game and Boca, believe it or not, were up 4-0 after just 14 minutes. They ended up winning 5-1 but with those first four goals they just been sliced Gimnasia wide open with similar moves. Decent game

EXACTLY Cammy All this shite about being given freedom of speech and being able to sing what they like (now I am all for freedom of speech) - but given that Rangers was founded for SPORTING reasons, and sporting reasons alone, can anyone tell me how F-ing the pope, up to the knees etc etc are relevant to the GREAT SPORTING INSTITUTION that is RANGERS ??? These morons are bringing their own agendas to Rangers games - and those agendas have NOTHING to do with our club - yet they are dragging our greact club's name through the shite all in the name of what "they" should be allowed to do by way of freedom of speech ! Utter pish - and it annoys me greatly to see these people tarnishing, and damaging, our club simply because they want their civil rights and freedoms of speech. As I said, I am all for these things - but there is a time and a place - and at Rangers, or ANY football game for that matter, is neither the time nor the place and is also completely irrelevant to a game of football.

120 quid is good in anyone's books my man ! Nice work !!!

Finished 5-1 to Ajax - and they were away from home. Prior to that game PSV had only lost 8 goals at home all season. It was a rout !
-
In a word, no But they are being shown to not be the invincible team they think they are !

2-0 to Ajax at HT. Good goal from Huntelaar but then we saw the real action. A corner was cleared by PSV and it came to Davids about 40 yards out, he volleyed it first time (so from the clearing header), it whizzed, hit the junction of post and bar, keeper turns and it smacks him right in the face and goes over for a corner. Thought the keeper was knocked out. Resultant corner, cleared badly, bad lay off from Babel to Snjeider but Snjeider cuts inside the man and unleashes one from about 20 yards, right side of the box and it pings into the top corner - what a strike ! Pete, this is a great game !
-
KEEP BELIEVING...... haha Come on the Bairns - up 1-0 at HT. Why were the 2 sent off ?
-
even better comeback ! Nice one
-
I didn't have my calculator handy !
-
Indeed they will

I should have included the wink smiley gisa ! Have to say that the piss taking was awesome, even seeing wee flicks from Hutton, Papac beating the striker with a shimmy. They were chasing shadows during that piece of play ! I agree, a 4-4-2 would have given us a better chance in the UEFA !
-
lol ! How much would you have won ?
-
Did I not tell you Leeds would get at least a point today Jon ? I AM the master......

Go on Man U !!! They really are playing well this year - just can't see them dropping many points !
