  1. from the Land Register of Scotland Search Summary Date: 11/12/2012 Time: 09:43:56 Search No.: 2012-03642436 User Reference: robert query B. PROPRIETORSHIP SECTION Title Number: GLA210958 Entry Number Date of Registration Proprietor Consideration Date of Entry 1 15/06/2012 SEVCO SCOTLAND LIMITED incorporated under the Companies Acts, (Company Number 425159), and having its Registered Office at Capella, 60 York Street, Glasgow, G2 8JX. Implementation of Agreement 14/06/2012 Notes: 1. The above Company is now known as THE RANGERS FOOTBALL CLUB LIMITED
  2. I must admit that I always thought Off the Ball was rotten and some of their material is quite "adult" for the time of day that their program is on - especially when you've kids in the car!
  3. HMRC long before Whyte appeared on the scene and were rebuffed.
  4. you are missing the point that the Club tried to do a deal with
  5. This may sound like heresy, but I was bored rigid watching Barcalona's final v Manchester United a couple of years ago.
  6. It also irritated me that he was writing about Rangers at all yesterday - it is the international break, another world cup campaign grinds to a halt, the manager's future is in doubt and English is writing about Rangers?
  7. perhaps they thought that the Forbes Article would have been picked up by the Scottish Press (even the thickest journalist can use google) and decided to get their retaliation in first)
  8. There was a lot simpler than a HMRC conspiracy. One of Celtic's Directors around that time was also a Director in the Bank of England and was aware of HMRC's developing position on EBTs. Some EBT users didn't want to take a chance on a battle with HMRC and paid up, others felt confident in their legal advice and didn't.
  9. Yesterday was my first game for about 15 years. I took my oldest son with me for his first ever game and we both had a great time. The guys in the BF 1 are amazing and the piper was just insane. The football was pretty enjoyable too.
  10. I hope we don't sign any loan players, I just don't see the point of it. This should be an opportunity to bring on our younger players. I just have a horrible feeling that the club are letting a chance to rebuild things from top to bottom slip away.
  11. Yes, I saw him play in a junior cup tie against Forth Wanderers on a frozen pitch that was more suited to ice hockey and even then you could see had something special.
  12. As a side issue, I don't see how teams could survive on the income from only 15 home games which a 16 team SPL would require.
  13. According to the BBC scotland sports twitter the SPL has cashflow problems, which may explain why they haven't paid Dundee United yet.
  14. he will be getting the Land Certificates for the Leases mixed up with Land Certificates for the stadium itself.
  15. and now according to STV's website we are talking to Kevin Kyle - not the type of player I was hoping for.
  16. gaelic commentary couldn't be any worse than the rot some of the commentators spout in english (and I don't speak gaelic)
  17. It is the usual, it is always Rangers fault, crap. Successful business men don't let personal likes and dislikes get in the road of major business decisions.
  18. Platini will probably put it in the pile marked "shreddder".
  19. will his legs stand up to it ?
  20. I am not sure how the balance sheet will be healthier if we are in the SPL with sanctions. If we accept the registration embargo and points deductions (possibly for more than one season) we will struggle and it's not inconceivable that we might get relegated - that would have an adverse affect on the clubs value. As it happens I think the SPL no votes has backed themselves into a corner and it would be impossible for them to change their minds at this late stage. They knew what the financial numbers were when they made up their minds in the first place, they would just look stupid if they went back on that decision now.
  21. He is wrong about point 2. This only applies where someone is trying to force the principal debtor to treat one creditor better than another. It doesn't apply to third parties. A better precedent would be how was any football debt owed by the various Scottish clubs that went into administration, were they forced to pay it in full, or did they only pay a percentage?
