    Whittaker has played a handfull of good games a season, he is a liability defensively tell me what justified this donkey getting 20k a week 5yr deal ffs. Ally should tell him to get his Agent to get him another club end off he shouldnt play for Rangers again.

    Might be right mate, i do know the 3m getting quoted to do with upgrading the stadium money came from catering contractors not Whyte himself. Whytes maybe looking at further investment to come in each season and seen this as an opportunity i dont know the inns and outs. Im glad Satty still supplying pies this season he done well last season out of it.

    Yes but i think Whyte has probobly tied the whole agreement into the contract so we are not paying anything out yet they are paying us each year �£3.8m mate.

    Ally was wanting Miller back at Rangers it is down to money, the way we have been dealing in the transfer market for players has been a joke. I think Whyte is waiting to see if we qualify for the Champions league before any more players come in, imo we dont have the money which has been branded about time will tell.

    Nothing on Rangers Official Website about Cuellar started from Daily Rhebel, i cant see Whyte paying �£2m for a player when he isn't fit at the moment and Cuellar himself has said he hopes to be back by september if all goes well and if it doesnt he could be out longer and we have paid �£2m for a player to sit on the sidelines. We need someone just now who can play straight in the first team we need to get into the Champions League no ifs or buts..

    Ally is doing too much talking to the Mhedia Rhags imo, he may be getting mis-quoted or twisted either or i would rather ally identify targets get the business done and do the talking on our Official Rangers Media outlets talking about our signing. Never known any Rangers Manager discuss as many signing targets as ally in public. We are getting told up to 6 players needed not quality but quantity. 2 weeks till start of seson and a champions League qualifer to get into Champions League guarnteed �£15 million and we have spent 500k on 1 player Neil Murray and John Brown were brought in before end of last season what they been doin. As i have stated on another thread Ally has to get it right from the off or he is doomed the central defence needs addressed as other areas of the park, if �£5 Million is available we have �£4.5 Million left to get players in from Countrys where Demands are not as high as in the UK. Neil was brought in because he has alot of player knowledge from Eastern european countrys and Scandavanian makets. Stop the talking Ally and get some business done.

    My only concern with Ally is with not having any managerial experience and with McDowell and Durrant his backroom team not having any managerial experience, i would have liked an experienced No2 to have come in beside Ally and who has home and european experience. Ally last season looked lost at times and Walter came down from the stands to make changes etc. I fear if Ally dosn't get it right from the off it will come back to haunt him, i hope i am wrong.

    Frankie tbh great news if Davis commits but i don't think Whittaker merits anything near �£20k a week as whats been touted, he is a liability at defending, if Davie is signing on for another season he will need to play every week as he has done due to his legs stiffining up and he might lose a yard or two this coming season i might be wrong big gamble imo. Bougherra needs to commit or go we will end up in january with another Miller situation and boughy wont be slow in throwing toys out the pram. We need to get some signings in now to cover positions that we could be exposed on.

    This mate, starting to get fucked off 3 weeks til the season starts. No mention of Davis or Shagger Bougherra , Whittaker, signed extensions yet? Bougherra and Whittaker should be sold if they dont want to stay we will have another Miller scenario in january..

    I don't see Cuellar coming back tbh and as he is on �£35k a week we are not going to pay anything near that or the �£3 mill asking price. His agent is quoted as saying he will run down his last year at Villa.

    If nobody wants to stay and play for our club get them tae fuck, and for Whittaker to have rejected 20k a week is a joke i would give him 10k tops.

    Park was involved with a consortium to buy Rangers a couple of years ago, Murray wouldn't entertain them.

    Slippery Daves tenure at our club near approaches, how good or bad Whyte is to be nobody knows time will tell. If what we hear and read is true i will give him the benefit of the doubt, if a takeover of our club isn't forth coming i fear the worst, Whyte is not borrowing money to buy us out so we will be debt free, a situation we didn't see coming and Ally will have a chance to build a team for next season. Nobody takes us over and if big IF we got hit with a tax bill we would end up in administration, the bank want there money back. So i am glad this is all coming to an end.

    A lot doesn't add up.... So Whyte is this far down the road to buy Glasgow Rangers, he has proved he has funds in place, he agrees in principal to a deal to buy the club... Slippery Dave gets his money back he bought the club for 6 million in 1998, Lloyds get there money so Rangers don't owe them a penny, surely everybody involved is happy am i missing something. If this takeover isn't concluded i would like the club to come out and explain why? i pay hard earned cash like a lot of fellow bears to follow the team buy merchandise etc etc the bank are bleeding us dry and we have been told there is cuts next season yet they want our cash i am getting sick of it.

    Miller has said no to going to Birmingham City, ive heard Smith is furious that the bank had accepted the bid as he dosnt want to lose Miller.

    Whyte cant be quoted saying anything due to Stock Exchange rules, i think its Murray whos holding up the takeover for some unknown reason.
