I think people are being a bit slow here. It is obviously Klopp who is being lined up as the new manager after he has won the Champions League and he will bring Mo Sallah with him.
Seems to me wishful thinking that new owners will come in, appoint a competent manager and give him sufficient funds to achieve success. FFS we've got Pena returning to look forward to.
Alves was brought in to much trumpeting as a great defender who would organise our defence and bring us much needed on the field leadership. He has not done so, hopefully his contact is up in the summer and we can get rid.
Bates might not be Beckenbauer, not yet anyway, but I prefer him to that imposter Alves and that washed up diddy Martin. Those saying we will get better in the Summer, I will not hold my breath.
As dB said if Dundee had taken their chances it could have been another bad day. We will have to improve a great deal for next week. Please Murty change your formation and play at least three in central midfield.
Looked like we were going to go a goal down until Miller popped up. Let's hope the goal gives this team a bit of confidence. They could sure do with it.?
Missing out on Europe should not be contemplated. We have some decent players who should be capable of still getting us second place and maybe getting to the cup final. It is up to the players themselves to turn this around.
Well a Louis Moult type player would give us an alternative to our style of play. I thought Herrera would give us this option but seemingly no. If our manager, whoever he may be, wishes to use this option then why not?
Advocaat pulled off Ricksen who was having a nightmare against the Celtic winger who got caught having a pee up a lane in Glasgow. I can't remember his name. It was at parkhead.
Hope springs eternal but being realistic we have no hope of catching Celtic on present form. Indeed we are three points behind Aberdeen and unless we can show some consistency and resilience starting with beating Hamilton then we will have a similar season to last.
