Do you know something guys? I'm honestly not that bothered by this. We're talking a player who flopped at Feyenoord and ended up in the bowels of a weak league. We're talking a player who was 4th choice Swedish striker behind the ancient Allback and who managed maybe 5 minutes of their world cup. We're talking about a player I'd never heard of - had any of you? Other than Colsh, that is. Seriously, I wouldn't be gutted about this, not by a long way.

We're at about 150 members - which is a start, but really, we need to get bigger and grow faster. A major problem is we're not in google. Not properly anyway.

Second half was really quite poor from us actually. But we still never looked threatened at the back. All in all a decent run out.

Been a fairly comfortable first half - 2 clinical finishes which bode well for the future from both Buffel and Boyd, but Boyd also missed a sitter. Seeing PLG in the dugout was just a fantastic feeling - superb. Fanfan's been the weakest link in the team - he's been reasonable at times and quite appalling at others. Linfield started quite well but our first goal pretty much shut them up immediately. Overall, you can't read too much into it, being a friendly, but one can't argue with a 2-0 scoreline. Big downside was the injury to Burke - he got one in the knee, and tried to run it off after some intense treatment from the physios, but he had to concede defeat and came off, to be replaced by Novo.

My position on JFH is slightly curious. I do rate him, and I think he's a very good goalscorer, but he's old now, past his best and expensive. I would not want Rangers to sign him. In saying that, I also didn't really want Celtic to get him either.

Erm, we were in the top 40 under Brown I believe - we ended up down in the hundreds under Vogts. We're only at about...what...59 now. Recovering but yes, we've plummeted.

Frankly a pretty awful match. Best player was Ronaldo despite the boo boys. ZZ had a quiet game - nowhere near his masterclass against Brazil. France just about shaded it and deserved to win, but it was a reflection of the game that it was a penalty which decided it.

Best game of the WC by a mile. The football was terrific and we had 2 teams who wanted to win. The winning goals topped off a terrific match and did justice to it. Plus the right team definitely won.

For a player who was 4th choice striker for Sweden and who plays for Brondby, £4M is an outrage and sheer greed just because he played in the world cup. We could get much better for that.

How's the PPV working this year - can we still order SPL games via the codes?

He failed miserably here, I agree, but there is no way he's a completely rank player. I think he just needed a settled club who truly wanted him rather than being frozen out at a team or being shunted out on loan to another. He could do well at Blackburn, but Bellamy is a hell of a player to live up to.

Do you know a lot about Elmander? I saw barely a few minutes of him at the WC and it was not enough to judge him from. And why are you on about Bayern in particular? Disagree - Ross is woefully inadequate for Rangers and not even good enough to be a squad player. And this is not just imo.

I found it interesting that all 3 trialists have apparently been rejected. I really don't like it when we bring in players we're not sure about; it means there's a good reason why we're not sure about them and rarely are they worth a deal.
