Tav’s corners are garbage. Can the manager not see this?5 points

Utter dross - if only we had signed a striker in January who could defend5 points

Here is a couple of interesting stats Today was Clements 24th league game and he has secured 59 points. That's exactly the same total that Beale collected in 24 league games (only 3 more than Gio did). If we win our last 6 league games this season, we will win the league, however it'll match our points tally for last season. Just reinforces we haven't improved, Celtic have regressed dramatically.4 points

Ridvan and Davies need moved on. Davies another massive waste of resources. Our recruitment has been criminal.4 points
-
I said it last week but some of our mainstays are not winners. We need to look at getting rid of Goldson, Tav and Lundstram - they're all past it.4 points
-
Got what we deserved from that with a performance as bad as anything I can remember. Don't think we had one player that can say they did what they were asked to do and the lack of quality was stark. All is not lost but if the players don't believe, I doubt many fans will either.4 points

This is the day we lost the league, not just because of today but because we haven’t turned up for weeks and today was in the post.4 points

It's annoying when you have to agree with Sutton. We have a league to win and you'd struggle to think that with the way we wander about the pitch. We have to work so much harder and show a lot more quality.4 points

Right, I'm ready for an uneventful hammering of the Stags with no fuss whatsoever. Who's with me?4 points

Dunno. Maybe Diamonde, Souttar and Danilo as the spine. I actually think Butland is a bit overrated.3 points

These players have a lot to answer for. The manager does too. The defense have got away with a lot this season but not in the last two games. They are rank rotten. The 2 man midfield isn't working and needs to change. Why is he playing Dowell? He is worse than a man short and Lunstram has returned to type. If Roofe is fit why hasn't he been playing? It all imploded today and the only surprise is it didn't happen earlier. It is like watching a Beale or Gio team.3 points

The first five minutes of the second half? It has been a lethargic, disjointed first half where we have been the beneficiaries of good fortune, mainly the own goal that puts us one up. We have created another three opportunities to stretch further ahead but spurn them. The second half begins with our kick off and, several seconds later Borna puts a raking diagonal straight out of play. During the next two minutes, we play a couple of balls on the edge of the County box, lose possession and on both occasions, County pick out a pass to central, forward player. He has time for a controlling touch, turns and, gets his head up to release a pass to breaking wide teammates. Three minutes later, the previous two instances are repeated and on these occasions, County put the ball in the back of our pokey twice. Those first five minutes of the second period epitomised our performance today. Ross County played with a discipline, structure and, an energy. Well done County on your first ever victory over Rangers, fully deserved.3 points

When a team has defenders that can’t defend your in trouble from the word go add that to our half backs/midfielders who’s build up is so slow and ponderous you’re up shit creek .3 points

As well us being unable to defeat Celtic, we have dropped 11 points to teams who have finished in the bottom 6. Let's be brutally honest, we were only in the title race as Celtic have regressed. We have the same failings under Clement as we did under Gio and a Beale. I'm not writing Clement off but we can't deny that recently, his team selections and tactics have been baffling and have cost us dearly. We need a huge change in mindset right through the club. The honeymoon periods are over.3 points

The odd assist aand penalty papered over many a mediocre performance like today. Simple fact.3 points

We've been beaten by a side with players drawn from the National League South, and from clubs like Salford, Oxford City etc. A team who might still be relegated.3 points

Tavernier's letter of indulgence for another sub-standard performance ...3 points

Oh and it’s a no for a new deal for Lundstram too btw. Not kicked a ball for months.3 points

I’m sorry but Dessers had 3 easy chances today I’d expect any decent forward to score. Until we get a striker who can get 20 plus league goals we ain’t winning the league again3 points
-
Which was actually my point...... Our defence is in far more need of change than our forward players.3 points
-
Dunno why our fans cheer us winning corners. Waste of time.3 points

There have been some notable exceptions, but as a rule, you atlre 100% correct, our recruitment and player trading has been awful. For Bisgrove and the board to allow Beale to have complete control of recruitment in the summer was a worse decision than hiring him in the first place. We just make bad decision after bad decision and with each bad decision, we knock ourself further back.2 points

It doesn’t matter if we are stuck with players, if they aren’t good enough we have to find better. I actually like Tav and Goldson, but just like Morelos and Kent, we’ve let them stay too long. Individually I think they are excellent players, however they have been battered from pillar to post by Celtic for years and have barely put a dent in them. There is something wrong with their mentality. We can’t be starting next season with these guys in our strongest lineup.2 points

But there are varying degrees of garbage and Leon King is several degrees worse than those you mentioned (and isn't a right back or midfield player). Unfortunately, our "youth" system isn't going to be our saviour any time in the near to mid-term We'll continue to play second fiddle to Celtic as long as we have inferior players, inferior player trading model and inferior profit margin. Whilst they have regressed on the park which allowed us to briefly dream of being champions, they are miles ahead of us in all things that matter.2 points

The problem is that successive managers haven't even tried to replace these players, they have continued to build a team around them. Some of them have been at the club for nearly 10 years with one league title to show for it.2 points
-
People will hate it, but we could have brought in Shankland, we would have scored goals. Players like Silva are a waste of time, but hopefully Clement has learned that.2 points
-
Yep. Time to cut the net. When the going gets tough these guys go missing.2 points

It's a cycle that needs broken and SG did break the cycle (took him 3 seasons) but what he did was improve us in Europe (generated much need income) and found a way, very quickly to beat Celtic on a regular basis. When we won 55, the board patted themselves on the back and failed to back the manager. That should have been a springboard, it's now just a distant memory. We have very limited disposable income (even Beales spree last pre-season was circa £6M net spend) and not getting to CL limits us further. Not having a good player trading model is also killing us. It's not up to you, me or the wider Rangers support to come up with solutions, that's up to the board and the footballing people employed by the club.2 points
-
Correct - Gio and Beale also delivered a decent honeymoon period then we reverted to type. We appear to be doing the same under Clement.2 points
-
Those would have been sufficient for the three points if we could have defended properly.2 points
-
We look incapable of beating anyone right now.2 points

1st time we've lost to Ross County - couldn't have came at a worse time. Anyway, said at halftime last week, it's the hope that kills you. We've stumbled along since losing to Motherwell but today feels like the final nail in this seasons League challange. Roll on next season.2 points

Looked to me like a training game from the offset, players certainly treated it that way.2 points

Beaten by the better team. Don’t let the score line fool you we scored an og and a penalty from a deflected handball.2 points

Disgusted with that today! fucking horrendous! embarrassing! pathetic!.2 points

<We played poorly in first half but 1-0 up due to an own goal. Second half we are 3-0 down...to fucking Ross County. Let that sink in. Game of two halves. Poor and fucking amateur. Manager has to take his share of blame.2 points

Oh Christ...don't start that now. Rangers have had plenty of chances. They did not execute or play D. We took an ass whippin, it happens when players do not play well.2 points

I tried to counter juju you, but you won!2 points

Some of the worst defending I've ever seen from a Rangers side. They look like they're going to score every time they attack.2 points

Alright - I've switched it off. I didn't want to win the league, anyway...2 points

Judging by observations on the run of play so far, I think the first impression of “rest” was the right one.2 points

One more game where we managed to adapt to the playing style of the opposition better than playing what we are capable of. As soon as Goldson and Souttar are start "running" the game, you know something is wrong. I would expect Lundstram and Dowell are there for the creativity from the deep areas, but all they do is giving the ball back to the CHs. Borna is anonymous, as is Tav. Silva has hardly seen the ball, Sima, Cantwell and Dessers trying. Clement needs to kick some butts, this drop in performance levels simply can't happen time and again.2 points
