Highly recommend grabbing this at some point folks. Stevie did a fine job of hosting on his debut and Andy and Chris were interesting guests. Thanks as usual to @Big Jaws for his editing efforts!3 points

Why don’t you feel able to just take the word of people who live there? Is there a reason why you need to check if they’re telling the truth? Do you not trust them?2 points

Bigotry has been rife in GCC for the last 50 years.2 points

I searched for it earlier on my Pod app, but I've just realised it's come through in Gersnet subscription. Good stuff.2 points

Have never bought any top with a sponsors name on it,and basically won't wear a football top for that reason. However might be tempted to buy one if I could get it without a sponsors name.2 points

I don't get the bad feeling against Man City. Yes, they have had funding from the Middle East but we've received funding from South Africa, Bahamas, England etc.2 points

Isn't it commonly known that GCC is a hive of yahooism?1 point

Looks like we'll remain in competition with Aberdeen next season. Shinnie, Souttar and Hastie aren't the level required to obtain our 55th title. The yahoos will strengthen. We need to too.1 point

GCC’s history is there for all to see. Not much to debate I wouldn’t think.1 point

It certainly helps the podcast. Derek Parlane is a very good interviewee (heard one a good few years back now).1 point

Like Big Jaws, looking forward to the YD feature. As for Parlane, he was the 'King of Ibrox Park' when I was a lad !.... ⚽⚽⚽⚽⚽1 point

In fairness to Bigjaws I hadn’t realised we had rabbited on so much, so as said I made decision to reschedule Willy will be on episode 2 in which we can schedule a bit more of the youth stuff & also hopefully have Derek Parlane on as a guest - So myself, Chris, Willy & DP1 point

I really should let Steve mention this. When Willy trapped after the youth game we were already two hours into the recording with nearly 90+ mins of material to work with. Steve made his first podcast executive decision to cut the piece and reschedule it. Personally I'm looking forwards to hearing what Willy has to say.1 point

Was excellent for a first go Andy Little added insight and real value. Chris Jack sounded more nervous than you at the beginning !!1 point

Brutal is right. I did it for a couple of years and had to move downstairs to avoid a heart attack. Now front row main stand, nothing would persuade me to give up these seats.1 point

Must be pissed off that discussions have already taken place....1 point

What a load of nonsense from a small group who speak for nobody but themselves. The statement from the SPAD said: "The decision taken yesterday by Glasgow City Council and Police Scotland is a clear attack on the Culture and Beliefs of the Protestant people of Scotland and in doing so have created a 'No Go Area' for Protestants. They seem to be saying that the OO and the other Protestants are one and the same thing, nothing could be further from the truth.1 point

Will be interesting to see how Man City react to the elimination. You also have to question how Spurs will react after such a great result. 11/1 is generous to the point of a cheeky fiver without question but tbh I don't think they'll win. or perhaps a 7/1 Spurs win (Draw No Bet)1 point

It's the first Champions League game in years that i can say I truly enjoyed. If only all European football could be like that. Pity there had to be a loser. Criticising Man City because they spend lots of money is just stupid. Football isn't a socialist enterprise and clubs in the modern era have always bought success, including Rangers. That an exception comes along once in a blue moon takes nothing away from the reality that financial muscle has always been the principal foundation of success on the park. If you don't like that reality try finding another activity where money counts for nothing.1 point

I'll raise you a thumbs up to the Home and red Away kit. Lose the wishywashy sky bluish in the black top and replace it with white and I'll even go with the black.1 point

Great to see Abu Dhabi Town, the vanity project and PR masterpiece, financially doped beyond its eyeballs, come up short against the pride of North London. Enjoyable match to watch, I must say, with a couple of cracking goals. Overall, Abu Dhabi was the better side, although whether it 'deserved to win' is moot. The resolution of injury-hit Spurs surely must count. No doubt debate over Llorente's goal will continue. I am unsure about it myself. I have to ask, however, that had he been defending, would the referee, VAR-aided or not, have awarded a penalty?1 point

I have no issue as long as we never request more than 4K from now on. They would rather ruin their finances than have us there then fair enough. Four thousand Bears don’t need to give them our money any more.1 point
